“Great location”

“This place is a fixed up comfortable & importantly affordable. While there was only 1 bathroom we made it work, again very good price. More than ample supplies I even did a load of wash, everything needed was there including kitchen tools. Easily accessible to airport, MCRD San Diego, and downtown. Incredible effective AC units.”

“It was a wonderful stay”

“Such a great experience here! The host was very communicative and attentive. Spot was clean and perfect for our weekend getaway. There are plenty of bars and cool shops within walking distance. We will definitely be booking the same spot on our next trip!”

“We LOVED the backyard and the location. Thank you for a wonderful time. The property was clean, beds were comfortable, and the showers were amazing!”

“Parking is the only draw back. You are not allowed to park in front of the neighbors, but everybody can park in front of your space. But it is worth the money, house was VERY clean and VERY comfortable.”

“This is our second time to stay at this home. It is located in a quiet neighborhood and the home is very clean with comfortable beds. The house and outdoor area are great for relaxing with family and is child friendly. We will be back! ”

There were tons of air mattresses available and sufficient for bedding them. Host also brought freshly made cinnamon rolls which were delicious. Only drawback was that the fire pit didn't have propane so we couldn't do s'mores so we ended up using the gas stove! Overall it was very comfortable and homey. Definitely recommended for large...

“We stayed here with friends for a youth sports tournament. The property was 15-25 minutes away from everything we wanted to go to. This was a great home-base, with plenty of room for everyone! We enjoyed the patio and gazebo in the morning for coffee and cocktails in the afternoon. The kids had plenty of space to spread out and the hot tub was a great addition. ”

“This incredibly charming guest room never felt anything but a private cozy hideaway. With its own entrance, restroom, and accommodating host - we felt so fortunate to have found the perfect home-away-from-home for our trip. The island is a beautiful slice of Americana, and the host George was accommodating and available any time we needed without ever feeling like we were imposing on him. With an incredibly fair price, Swiss Army knife of amenities, and in such an incredible location no matter...
