Nationalpark Thayatal

The room was a good size and clean, I recommend the breakfast which was great

The hotel’s location was excellent, in a safe and quiet area with easy access to public transportation, shops, and cafés. Unfortunately, we were disappointed with the cleanliness and housekeeping. The room was not very clean upon arrival, because the bathroom sink was clogged and caused an unpleasant smell. Housekeeping was scheduled every other day, but on both occasions the room and bathroom were not properly cleaned, the sheets were not changed, and used towels were not removed. We mentioned this to reception, but unfortunately the issue remained for the next housekeeping day. The beds were also very soft and squeaky, making it difficult to sleep comfortably. On the positive side, most reception staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, the location and staff were great, but the poor housekeeping, uncomfortable beds, and limited breakfast options negatively affected our stay.
