“Booked a room that was stated wheelchair accessible bathroom on hotels.com, this was not the case at all when we arrived at the hotel. We managed to borrow a shower chair which was good. But not a comfortable stay for me as a wheelchair user. Nothing was done by the hotel to help this situation.
Our other big thing is that we booked the hotel in particular because it had a pool (for our two kids). The pool was closed for maintenance and opened an hour before checkout. We didn’t have time to use...

“I loved staying here. The area was nice and felt safe to walk around. They have a convenient parking garage which made accessibg car easy. Gorgeous vies along river of the infrastructure. Loved the bed and room to relax and rest. The room was as enjoyable as my time in the city. ”

“Nice location. Very friendly staff. Nice room.
Would have liked coffee and tea in the room.
Stayed at the 18th floor and in was quiet.
AC very close to one bed and blew pretty strong even on low. Control on wall very hard to navigate but could be related to just this room, 1801.
Didn’t tell staff because we could handle it.
They have a coffee station in the lobby between 5 am- 7am but would’ve been nice to have the oppertunity to brew some in room in the afternoon. ”

“Hotel Lucia is a unique and truly exceptional place to stay. It is clear how much thought the owners and staff put into the little details that make all the difference. The staff, however, should be singled out; people like Cici at the front desk were so welcoming, generous and friendly that even during our brief stay, the place felt like home. Oh, and the beds are excellent for a good night of sleep. Cannot recommend this place highly enough. ”

Breakfast included but it lacked in quality and taste. Nobody in the family liked it.
Not enough towels in the room even though it was booked for a family of four. We had to get those ourselves.
Expensive parking. We were informed it was going to be $ 52 but it turned out to be $ 62. I guess it’s because the our car is oversized. Still faulty information though.
If all this is Hyatt we won’t be staying again. We put time into making an informed decision and are very disappointed about the outcome, the hotel isn’t cheap either. There are plenty of hotels, especially in a larger city."
