“Cute apartment as seen in photos. Rooms were clean and comfortable. As stated in other reviews, could use towel bars in bathrooms. Also guidance on trash emptying and further instructions for parking (# of spaces) ahead of time would have helped. Overall a very pleasant stay and we would recommend for friends/family.”

“The studio apartment is in a very convenient location. It is a lovely walk to Yale. Many restaurants just outside the door. My friends, who joined me for a meal, found parking easily. It was a plus having use of a parking pass for Dwight Street. We never had a problem getting a parking spot. We also loved being able to bring our two small pups with us. The bottle of wine was a thoughtful touch. ”

“Our stay at Karl's was great. The space was perfect for relaxing, and having our family stop by. The bed was very comfortable! There were a few restaurants in walking distance. Karl was in touch as needed when we had questions leading up to our stay.”

“The perfect place for visiting my Yale student! The space was comfortable for her to come visit, far enough from campus for a beak but close enough to get to class. Loved the full kitchen to provide her a home cooked meal and access to the washer and dryer so we could do her laundry. We can’t wait to stay again! I highly recommend both coffee locations and the liquor store in the neighborhood. And of course Sally’s! The host was amazing and communicated nearly immediately when I had questions! ”

“Very nice studio. Perfect for my visit to New Haven. It was clean and tidy. Very comfortable and well appointed. Nice to have a little kitchenette. The furniture was in very good condition. There were more than enough towels! The host gave accurate and clear directives for check-in and parking. When I was all thumbs with the key pad, he was available to help. I would certainly stay again. ”

“Chic loft in downtown New Haven. It is a city apartment so there is a fair bit of normal city noise. If parking I'd recommend getting New Haven's app and using street parking. No elaborate cleaning procedure at check out was nice. Great communication. Thanks!”
