Living room has fold out love set and a fold out ottoman. Backyard has fishing on the river and room for outdoor activities. There is patio area with fire pit and gas grill. Love this place

Beautiful location, close to lake. Hot showers cold a/c and plenty of room for all of us. We have stayed here before and will always try to stay here when at Navajo!

We love staying at the River house, fishing at the San Juan is something the gang loves to do, and hope to be able to use the River House for many years to come.

This was our second stay at this property. As always, it was a pleasure communicating with Rod. There is plenty of room for our family to come together and spread out. The beds are comfortable, the 4 rooms and restrooms provided the privacy we desired, and the dining area was perfect for socializing and dining. We will definitely book again. The weather was perfect and we enjoyed every minute of wading the San Juan.

Had a great stay! Super location on the river, very roomy home, easy to get to. Nice to stay where there is dish network tv as we’re not big on streaming (couldn’t miss the Master’s). Everything worked out great!
