Detta är en härlig bottenvåningen, hörn för dig att komma bort från allt med fantastisk utsikt över solnedgången. Enheten är innesluten i en liten 3 berättelse lägenhet komplex erbjuder avskildhet och frid året runt på stranden och medan du njuter av poolen, lusthus, eller brygga. Enheten var precis köpt 2014 och är helt uppdaterad med porslin klinkergolv, räknare granit, nya möbler och nya armaturer. Enheten har hörn fönster i vardagsrummet med utsikt över vattnet och en mästare reträtt med utsikt över sundet och en bekväm kung madrass. Köket har rostfria vitvaror och nya skåp ek. Enheten är på bottenvåningen för enkel åtkomst till stranden och från bilen. Den vita sanden är exakt 30 steg från din uteplats. Enheten ligger i anslutning till Gulf Island National Seashore, som är värd miles av outvecklade stranden med en cykelväg. Hamn Home ligger på ljudsidan av ön och erbjuder en fiskebrygga och förmågan att binda upp båtar eller jet skies under din vistelse. Så ta din kajak, båt, jet ski, eller paddleboard. Det är Gulf tillgång till stranden med parkering tvärs över gatan och är inom gångavstånd. Det finns också en utsedd parkeringsplats för båttrailers på parkeringen. Best location on our favorite property

We've stayed 4 times at Sunset Harbor Palms and this condo is the ideal location for us. My husband spends most of his time on the pier and I can sit on the patio and watch him or join him. Sunsets each night and dolphins in the sound in the morning. The only draw back was staying Memorial Day weekend and there were noisy tenants upstairs with children who ran up and down the halls constantly and a strange mechanical knocking noise that sounded to be plumbing related that would wake us up at odd hours but had nothing to do with this accommodation. All and all a comfortable stay.

Wonderful Relaxing Vacation Experience

Wonderful vacation stay w/ family at this beach home. 4 adults & 2 kids (under 6). Location is fabulous. Unit is equipped with everything. Our only suggestion is a small folding step stool so kids can reach the bathroom sinks and a step ladder in the kitchen for us short folks We also brought booster cushions and 2qt air fryer for "chick-nuggies". A/C did go out momentarily while we were there but, the owner had it fixed and back up and running within a couole if hours, while we were out sightseeing. Highly recommend rental if this unit from this owner. Thank you so much for your hospitality!

Best Kept Secret

This gem of a location far exceeded expectations! We were pleasantly surprised to find the private fishing pier right out the back door, and the view of breathtaking sunsets from the back porch was incredible. Top that with easy access to the prettiest end of Navarre Beach, and you’ve got a perfect vacay!

Great place wonderful communication

The bad: arrived to a condo where the cleaners didnt show up to clean. Although, we agreed to allow someone else to clean it, we couldn't stay outside waiting with my 77 year old mother while they finished. We ended up finishing ourselves but the property manager was wonderful through it all and returned our cleaning fee. The Good: everything else!!! Location amazing, we fished from the dock and grilled out every night. They had so many tv channels, but we spe t very little time watching. Furnished kitchen, with coffee maker. Appliances all looked new and worked great! We will return and hope to stay here soon. The condo is very well laid out and spacious.

Great location for families with young kids

We enjoyed our stay here! The location on the calm sound side next to a small beach was perfect for our child. The sand toys we could use were a great bonus. All the dishes we needed were included and the key pad check in was a breeze. (The ONLY negative was some mold/mildew in the front load washing machine. This seems to be an issue with EVERY front load washer, though.) The condo was clean, had lots of "extras" that made it feel like home, and was conveniently located for Gulf, sound, and National Seashore adventures. We would stay here again.

Great Location!!!

Very nice condo in a safe and friendly environment. The kitchen was well stocked and condo was clean!!! Mattress was very comfortable and location was wonderful! We were able to sit on the back patio and watch the sunset.

Perfect Getaway

This property is more and better than advertised from access to water, quiet area, beauty, accessibility to everything you need and want, and great amenities. My friend and I needed an end of year getaway and we hit the jackpot with this property. We only wish we could have stayed longer. Also, everyone we met - locals to visitors - was wonderful. We cannot recommend this property more.

Family Vacation Perfection

This location was perfect for us! Quiet, beautiful water view and plenty of activities close by if you are looking for other things to do. We rented a pontoon boat for the day close to the Navarre Bridge and explored the Santa Rosa Sound. That was so much fun! We saw all kinds of marine life, took food and anchored at one of the secluded beaches to fish and swim. The view of the Santa Rosa Sound from inside and on the patio of the condo captured our attention. I loved cooking in the well stocked kitchen and having a water view! The beautiful private pier, just steps away was a personal favorite for our first time fishing 13 yr old and my husband of 53 yrs. Lots of fish to see right off the pier and they caught plenty. Only caught one big enough to cook but the experience was perfect for them. They have a small private beach, again just steps away, that was never more than a few people. The Gulf is 5 min drive with easy access and no crowds! We liked to walk to it to get the exercise which was a pleasant no traffic walk. Great bike trail too! Our grandson had so many “first in his life experiences” we lost count! You won’t be disappointed! Wish we could have stayed 2 weeks instead of just one.
