“We were very happy with the property! We all liked the beach decor and the owner was very welcoming with communication and help. We had easy access to the beach. It was just steps away from the condo door. We also like that the condo is not in a tower so that the beach wasn't so crowded. We would book this unit again!”

“Overall we had a great stay! Views are fantastic and the place was great for a family with small kids. The beds (in both rooms) were a little firm. Very few plates/bowls/no cups for kids - I’d recommend bringing your own to wash or disposable. Plenty of towels. There were a few beach items (two chairs - were rusty, child’s net and small boogie board) in the closet but I’d recommend bringing your own chairs and toys.”

“Very much as expected. What you see in the pictures is what you'll get. While the condo does sit closer to the road than the beach, the walk to the beach is no problem. In fact, it will be a shorter walk to the beach than a stay at a high rise beach front condo. Checkout was super easy.A couple things to note before booking...1. “This property was adorable! Loved the decor, so colorful and beachy. The location was absolutely perfect, short walk to the wildness of the gulf or the calm serene of the sound. Gorgeous views, always a breeze when we were there. We cooked our own food for 3 of the nights and we had everything we needed. Quite a few of the lights or fans didn't really work and there were some dishes that were dirty when we pulled them out but not a big deal. Did see one cockroach, but honestly that wasn't a huge...

“Squeaky clean! I really liked that I could get the living room really dark to enjoy a good movie. ”

“Paid for the view and nothing else. Water puddles in around the condo, carpet was wet, no a/c. Called and texted company about the issues and 7 hours later they offer fans and no rooms. Asked for refund and said yes but only to come back and say they’ll review and make a decision. Condo needs updates in a bad way. However the view was breath-taking.”
