Welcome to The Sand Casa of Navarre Beach, located just steps from the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

Relax and sit back in our cozy and comfortable 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo! Located on 1st floor, with a covered patio, The Sand Casa has everything you will need to feel both right at home and on a vacation retreat. This clean and well maintained condo has a full kitchen, comfortable dining with seating for up to 6 people, comfortable living room furniture, queen size sofa sleeper, flat screen television with cable and Wi-Fi.

The living area boasts a three-cushion sofa, and two chairs for your family's comfort while you enjoy the 50" Smart TV or one of the many board games we’ve provided.

The back door lead you to the spacious patio overlooking the tennis court and one of two pools . The steps to your right take you to the beach walkover in less than a minute.

The dining area has a table with seating for four, plus there are three barstools by the granite counter tops. The custom window treatments in the living and dining area give you the ability to enjoy the outdoors - or close them for privacy.

You will find everything you need in the fully-stocked kitchen, as it is complete with all the tableware and cookware you need to prepare warm home cooked meals for your group or have a nice evening drink. We have even provided grilling tools for the community grill located just outside the common area.

Head down the hallway and you will find a bathroom stocked with bath 100% cotton bath towels, beach towels, hand soaps, shower soaps and hair dryer. Finally, at the very end of the hall you will enter one of two tranquil bedrooms.

The master bedroom has a king size bed with high end mattress and our 100% cotton sheets. Plenty of dresser space with a 55" Smart TV. Custom black out drapery help keep your master suite cool and comfortable should you enjoy sleeping in during your vacation. This bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination, vanity sink and starter supply of paper goods.

The 2nd bedroom also has a King size bed with memory foam mattress and 100% cotton sheets. It too has a 50" HDTV. Its connecting bathroom has a shower plus the 100% cotton towels, hand soaps, soaps, hair dryer and starter supply of paper goods.

We have also provided a high chair and pack and play.

Finally, the sofa converts to a queen sofa sleeper to unwind after a long day.

When you wake in the morning, The walkout patio give you easy access to sip your morning coffee (brewed in either our Keurig single cup or drip brewer).

When your up and about you will find that Beachview Condos boasts two pools- perfect for daytime sunning!

This location makes for a quiet beach, great shelling, and great access to all that the Navarre Beach area has to offer; with restaurants and shopping is just minutes away.

We provide you with all you need for a day at the beach: chairs, Umbrella, toys, pool noodles, cooler and a beach wagon to transport to enjoy the warmth of the day, or sunset at night.
