We had a very nice stay at this condo. Our unit was nicely decorated with comfortable beds. I cooked all of our meals. The kitchen wasn’t well stocked. Cookware and utensils were slim pickings and what was there wasn’t in good shape. However, I asked management for a large covered skillet and wine opener and they delivered requested items within 24 hours. There was a Keurig. There wasn’t beach service, but we brought our own chairs and umbrellas and there were also numerous chairs and umbrellas in the garage (but those weren’t in the best shape).Access to beach was easy..just walk down the stairs from your balcony, down the sidewalk and over the boardwalk to the beach. We brought our small dog and there was a strip of grass at the bottom of the stairs where we could walk her. Bring your own poop bags. None were provided and there wasn’t an outside trash can. There is an outside shower right outside the garage door. But, handle was busted and fixed with tape and a bag. Boardwalk and stairs to beach were sand covered. There was so much sand on the beach stairs that they could be a fall hazard. The pool is located on the inside courtyard of the other rental unit buildings. So not the best ambiance. The pool itself is well shaded but this causes leaves and debris in the pool. There was a good amount of sediment on the bottom and in corners. Overall a good, comfortable stay, but some additional attention to supplies and groundskeeping would be appreciated.
