BEACH SETUP INKLUDERAT! Mars till oktober

Välkommen till vår strand hem. Njut av PEARL Navarra med det är vacker vit sandstrand och hisnande utsikt över Mexikanska golfen som har vackra turquois och smaragdgrönt vatten. The Pearl erbjuder två pooler, en uppvärmd och en underbar spa du kommer att älska att koppla av i. Vårt läge är det som gör Pearl så attraktiv. Vi är anslutna till Pensacola Beach via National Seashore. Du kommer att njuta av lugnet i havet under körning stranden vägen där du kommer att se den underbara strandlivet som inkluderar delfin, pelikaner, havssköldpaddor, sjöfåglar och riklig sjöliv. När du anländer i Pensacola Beach hittar andra restauranger och aktiviteter. Det finns gott om aktiviteter om du aldrig lämna Navarre Beach Island. Vi har den längsta fiske piren i Florida. Det finns flera restauranger att välja mellan inom en mycket kort sträcka. De livsmedelsbutiker är mycket bekvämt med Publix, Winn Dixie och en Walmart Super Store.

Fantastiska stränder - Navarre Beach är familjen orienterad och har rankats en av de bästa stränderna i USA och är # 1 i bäst restaurerade stränder. Vi skryter om våra 322 soldagar om året!

Vår tredje våningen lägenhet är alltid i färd med att re-inredning och utsmyckning. Med 1378 kvadratmeter boyta plus 156 SF med täckt Lanai utanför vardagsrummet och sovrummet, det är perfekt för familj eller vänner att tillbringa en vacker strand semester tillsammans. Det finns en kung säng i sovrummet och 2 Queen sängar i gästrummet som också kan vara en Master Suite genom att stänga av det stora rummet med en ficka dörr så att du eget badrum. Det finns en uppblåsbar säng tillgänglig på begäran. Det finns nya möbler per 4/15/2018
Det finns 9 fottak, golv till tak fönster och skjutdörrar på gulfidan, master badet är stort och har en separat duschkabin. Den Jacuzzi är stor nog för två! Naturligtvis finns det en tvättmaskin och torktumlare och vi är en barnvänlig Condominimum!

Det finns en TV och DVD-spelare i varje rum.

Excellent!

We absolutely loved the comfort and beauty of the condo - size, beds, seating in the living room, view of the gulf and beach, and the fact that it overlooked the pools. We also loved the size of the balcony. The air conditioner worked very well, we felt cool inside, just like we love it.Will definitely stay here again.

The location of the room and the set up on the condo space was better than we anticipated. The 3rd floor condo balcony and master bedroom had a perfect view of the ocean and overlooked the pool. If we come back to Navarre Beach we would book this same room as it was perfect for our family needs.

Family vacay

It was our first time staying at The Pearl in Navarre, the condo was clean and as advertised in the pictures, there were a couple accommodations that weren’t up to par (the dryer took a little time, the smaller refrigerator didn’t get cold) but no major complaints. Kudos to the host for having EVERYTHING and more in the kitchen for our stay!

Lovely Stay-Lovely Property

We had 4 adults & 2 toddlers in our party & had a wonderful time. Everything we needed was available. Sue even had some new bbq tools delivered & waiting on the counter for us to use. The choice of a regular pool, heated pool or hot tub were nice to use when the waves were a little rough for the toddlers & grandparents to handle. The beds were comfortable & the view spectacular. This is our 1st time in this unit & hopefully not our last. Suggestions would be a new dryer (this one would not dry a load of towels after 3 cycles & cleaning the filter out each time). The dishwasher worked most of the time but does need replacing soon. Thanks for a lovely & comfortable stay in your condo. We hope to be back next year God willing.

Beautiful, clean...perfection!!

The pictures do not do this beautiful condo justice! The cleanliness is top-notch, appliances are updated and the building itself is wonderful. We enjoyed the pools and the hot tub. There was plenty of room for us all to sleep (4 adults, 3 kids). We can't wait to visit again.

Amazing Experience!

The Pearl was perfect! The owner was very kind and the condo was clean and stocked with all the essentials needed, the pictures online do not do the condo justice, it is bigger than shown in pictures, the master bathroom was huge! We had a great week of weather too, everyone we interacted with was very friendly! We will definitely be back in the future! 10 out of 10 stars for this property.

Not what we expected

This unit was not very clean! Four adults were provided with one thread bare wash cloth and two bath towels each. Each bathroom had a small soap bar and a roll of toilet paper (not a full roll). One dishwasher tablet, two kitchen dry towels and and an old used scrubby stuck inside the cabinet. The kitchen was equipped with the necessary dinner ware and pots and pans. The LR furniture appears to be from the 80’s and is dirty and in poor condition. The master closet houses a large folded mattress on the floor (?). We have rented condos at The Pearl for many years but this condo is well below the standards we expected and have experienced in the past.

Perfect Getaway

We enjoyed our stay at ‘The Pearl’ in this unit. Everything was perfect. No surprises….everything was exactly as stated. We spend a week at Navarre Beach every year with family, but this was our first time to stay here. We will definitely be back!

Unfortunate :(

Navarre was absolutely beautiful! The Pearl of Navarre was nice, buttt... Unfortunately, we had an issue inside our condo with roaches. The host informed us the condo had been professionally sprayed the week before, but during our stay we killed 15+. I kept trying to stay optimistic and blame it on the bag we had down at the pool. Thinking we carried them back up with us. Obviously not the case though. Our last day there we packed everything up, so we could go out and enjoy our last evening, then come back to get some rest before our 12 hour drive home the next day. When we returned to the condo and flipped on the lights, roaches scattered! It was extremely disappointing and overwhelming. We were up until after midnight unpacking everything that had already been packed so we could shake it out and make sure we didn't take any home with us. Not to mention I could barely sleep thinking something could be crawling on me in the bed. I sent the host several pics that evening. The next day when she replied, she was very apologetic and did refund the cleaning fee ($135) but in my opinion there could have been more done. I was honestly shocked and slightly offended when that was all she offered. We spent way too much money to stay there to have to deal with that type of inconvenience! Not only will I not stay in this specific condo again, but I will probably never stay in this beautiful building in this beautiful location that my family and I had fell in love with. Hopefully they are able to get the issue under control before the next guests arrived. Such an unfortunate situation.
