~ Fully equipped kitchen (including blender & crock pot)

~ Pack n Play, Highchair
~ Beach service (2 chairs & 1 umbrella) set up March through October, with additional beach chairs & umbrellas to set up & use as you wish.

Guest booking must be 25 years or older. NO PETS. No parties or events. No Smoking or Drug use on property. No fireworks. Parking area and entrance are under video surveillance. Rental Agreement & $300 Security Deposit REQUIRED. Check-in time is between 4pm and 10pm FIRM. Out of respect for our wonderful neighbors, we enforce our local noise ordinance. Quiet hours are between 10pm & 8am.

*Hurricane season runs from June 1 to November 30. No refunds will be given unless we are under mandatory evacuations. In the event of loss of power and/or internet, or any other "out of our control" event due to storms we will not grant refunds. Florida weather is unpredictable and we always recommend travel insurance.

This maybe the cleanest condo we have ever stayed in. We had a maintenance issue shortly after checking in to the unit and the owner was so responsive and had the problem solved immediately. We will definitely book this unit again in the future!

We love staying in this condo. Margaret is easy to work with and communicates with us to give us updates as needed. Condo is always very clean and smells freshly cleaned on arrival. Absolutely Perfect Stay – Incredible Views, Gorgeous Condo, Amazing Hosts!

From the moment we arrived at The Pearl, we knew we were in for something special. The 16th-floor corner unit offers truly breathtaking views of both the Gulf and the Santa Rosa Sound — waking up to that panorama each morning was unforgettable. The condo was spotless, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything we could possibly need, from a fully equipped gourmet kitchen to extra beach chairs and toys for the kids.The master suites were pure luxury, and the kids loved having their own spacious bedroom with two queen beds. We spent so much time on the balcony just soaking in the ocean views and listening to the waves. The hosts went above and beyond to make our stay perfect — their communication, helpfulness, and attention to detail made us feel truly cared for. This was easily one of the best vacation rentals we’ve ever stayed in, and we can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful Beach Condo

This property was one of the best we’ve stayed at, and we have been coming to Navarre Beach for years. It is beautifully furnished and had many thoughtful touches, such as beach chairs, wagon, toys, etc. The provided paper towels, soaps, shampoo, toilet paper, dishwasher soap, etc. were a very nice touch. Margaret was thoughtful and easy to communicate with at all times. We highly recommend this property.

And A Good Time Was Had By All

We absolutely LOVE staying at this condo. This was our second stay. Pictures truly do not show the beauty of the condo and the breath taking views of the gulf. The condo is spotless! Gorgeous Property & Excellent Stay!

This property is everything it says it is! The owners take care of every little detail. The condo is beautifully decorated. The balconies have lovely views. It was a perfect stay for us. Added bonus (as if you need one) is the wonderful white sandy beach and the prettiest turquoise blue waters. Can’t wait to go back!

16th Floor Heaven!

Margaret and Mike were A hosts! The day we were driving in we were supposed to hit storms. Margaret was so caring and waited for us until we arrived. She really made us feel like we were part of her family. she stayed and showed us how to work the thermostat and showed us a few other things in the condo before she departed. The condo is breathtaking! The decor matches the view. Almost to the point where you feel like you are on the beach, but inside. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the pillows are amazing! The views are undeniably the best! They are picturesque no matter which window you look out of. water pressure was great! The kitchen had everything we needed whether we were eating in or having leftovers. It is centrally located. not only is it right on the beach. You can walk to the pier and eat lunch or dinner at Windjammers or Andy D’s. It is also very close to the bridge. There was nothing that was more than maybe 10 minutes away from the location.Don’t forget beach service every day! Not to mention, Margaret has beach chairs and an umbrella and other beach goodies inside the condo for your use. She provides beach towels, which was huge because those can be cumbersome to travel with. There are lots of games to play. I asked Margaret before we got there if she had bingo. She did not, but to our surprise when we got there, there was a brand new bingo game! Margaret and Mike are wonderful hosts! I can’t wait to visit again and stay in this heavenly abode!
