“What a great place ! First the pick up at the port was a nice touch. Definitely put the extra mile. The room was nicely decorated. Had a kitchen microwave small fridge. The hot tub was a bonus specially all the walking hiking I’ve done. The location was unbeatable right by the Portara - the main strip and the port. Also soundproof slept like a baby. ”

“The responsibility for this rating is mostly due to mismanagement by Orbitz. We booked this property months in advance. Upon our arrival the hotel did not know of our booking. I had to call Orbitz, international call charges, to resolve the matter. Since the hotel did not know of our booking they had to scramble to find rooms. We were put in the basement were there was a faint smell of sewage in the halls. This was a Greek vacation, booked months in advance and we were put in the basement!”

“We had the room for three nights and we were upgraded from a studio to an apartment (probably since it was mid September and not high season). The hotel is located very close to the beach and quite close to the center and harbor of Naxos city. It is not a full service hotel with a 24/7 reception so one needs to be sure to ask the right things when arriving, but when asking for information good and fulfilling answers were given. “Great place in small town of Glinado. Central and easy to get to all parts of the island by car. The apartment itself is good. Spectacular views and several lounge areas to choose from. Some upgrades to the bathroom and kitchen are definitely necessary and some small groceries would be beneficial eg check-in complementary water (since tap water is not potable). “Detta hotell kan vi verkligen rekommendera. Det låg vackert och det var nära till stranden. Det var tyst på natten och sängarna var mk sköna. Servicen var super och vi har nog aldrig känns oss så välkomna på något annat hotell innan. Vi åt ganska ofta på hotellets restaurang som serverade utmärkt mat.”

Locals guided us to the sister hotel, and staff where good enough to make some changes and accomodate us in the sister hotel as it was much closer to where we thought we had booked.
