"The scheduled airport shuttle didn’t arrive, but the issue was resolved quickly. The shuttle from the beach arrived earlier than planned and left without us, despite our booking a specific time - again, this was sorted out promptly. The reception and restaurant staff were very friendly and service-minded, especially during breakfast. In the evening, however, service at the lobby restaurant was quite inconsistent, and on a few occasions, the beer served was noticeably less than it should have been. What I found most disappointing were the activities. Those listed (aqua gym, wellness) were practically non-existent, mainly, in my opinion, because none of the guests were informed about them. Staff mentioned they had regular members who usually attend, but they made no effort to involve others, which meant there were not enough participants for the classes. I tried the yoga session - it was in Greek, but if you’ve practiced yoga before it’s still easy to follow. It cost an extra €10, which I found reasonable. The tennis, on the other hand, was excellent - equipment was available, the staff were very friendly, and they even offered extra bottled water for free. No extra privilege för Hyatt members."

"Supertrevligt hotell som drivs av ett underbart gäng. Hotellet är nytt, fräscht och snyggt. Frukosten är helt magisk. Men det bästa av allt är personalen!! Alla är engagerade och vänliga. Vi kände oss som en del av familjen. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka. Rekommenderas varmt! ❤️"

"Amazing stay in the deluxe suite. Me and my family (2 adults and 3 kids 6-12y) had a great time here. The apartment was really good and superclean, had 1 balcony and 1 huge terrace with sea view, and was superclean and fresh. The stay is superclose to the beach, which definitely adds value as it is super easy to go for a swim, and head back for a quick lunch or rest if you don't want to spend the entire day on the sunbed. The town with restaurants are 5 min walk away along the beach. I can definitely recommend this."

"Ett fint och trivsamt hotell med vänlig personal. Rummet vi bokade var ett "excecutive" rum med havsutsikt på 35 kvm, men vi bedömde att det inte var större än 18-20 kvm. Enligt receptionen beror skillnaden troligen på att ytan av balkongen har räknats in. Bäddsoffa skulle finnas men den återfanns inte. Sängarna var alldeles för hårda, åtminstone för oss. En mycket trafikerad gata mellan hotellet och havet vilket var störande vid vistelsen på balkongen men stördes inte pga bra isolering. Förstklassig restaurang på hotellet och härlig frukostbuffé. "
