“If the hotel is at or near max capacity, the staff needs to up-staff to account for that many guests. The evening reception ran out of snacks before even 1 hour of the 2 hours had passed. The pool was over run and more than at capacity. Children were in the exercise room mis-using equipment. The dining area could not be cleaned as fast as empty plates were filling up the space. I've stayed here before and had a great experience, but this time felt like there was not enough staff to manage...
