â Everything was beautiful. The hotel is amazing. The food is amazing. The staff is also amazing. I liked everything, except for the cleaning ladies who started cleaning every morning at 7:30. Normally, when my child is going to school, I get up at 7:00, but I came to the seaside to relax, and that was the only thing that bothered me. Waking up early every morning really didnât suit me. But I told them about it, they changed it later and I appreciate it. â

âAs we arrived after the reception closed, the owner reached out via WhatsApp to provide us with the check-in procedure. He explained how to get our key and gave us our room number. He also gave us some local recommendations for restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable, and the electric blackout blind was fantastic. A few more pillows would have been welcome.

"Roomservice with a price of 20âŹ, pool closed, indoor pool not available for kids, sometimes rude staff, gym opening only at 10, breakfast buffe not of a five star hotel, ac not working until we complained. Restaurant really slow service but food food, really friendly bartender. Doorkey had to be changed every day and the door always had an annoying alarm. The hotel should have everything fixed before opening or put in on the webs."
"Stayed 8 nights with my family. The staff top, superfriendly and good, everyone. The hotel amenities, the room, pool and others are good but not a five star.
Also we had a very bad experience with our bathroom. The showers are in a very old style booths, ours was broken and as soon as you used it the entire bathroom got full of water. Now these things happen, itâs how you handle it that matters. We stayed there throughout our entire stay exactly like this, even if this was brought to the staffs attention. No compensation, upgrade or anything was really offered. This makes the experience quite poor in my opinion.
