“This property is clean, quiet and very convenient. The neighborhood seemed pretty safe, but like any big city, keep your eyes open. I highly recommend this property to families that need space to spread out. Things to know
 there are many stairs. There is a suite on the main level, but the other 3 rooms are either upstairs or in the basement
 just something to be aware of if you have mobility issues. If we are able to go back to Paris, we would absolutely stay there again.”

“This was a work/family vacation and the property was perfectly situated for this. It was literally steps from the Line 1 Metro and in a wonderful neighborhood with some really nice restaurants. We had breakfast every morning at Gustave’s and were treated like locals. The host Terry was absolutely wonderful to work with and he shared his knowledge of the neighborhood. We would be happy to stay here again the next time we come to Paris.”

“Die Wohnung ist neu eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Alles Wichtige ist vorhanden. Bis zum Zentrum sind es ca. 45min mit Bus und Metro. Die Leitungen sind etwas laut und man hört das Wasser nachts rauschen, aber mit Oropax kein Problem”

“Great calm location with bakery and grocery store just next doors. Short walk to the subway in a nice area of the city. I have stayed in Paris so many times I have lost count, but this is the apartment I will prefer for my next visit. The hosts are very nice and helpful.”

“Nous sommes venus pour passer le week-end du 15 aoĂ»t au calme entre 9 amis. La maison est trĂšs belle et spacieuse avec un belle espace extĂ©rieur. Nous n’étions pas vĂ©hiculĂ©s: la gare de Maule (transilien N) est Ă  40 minutes Ă  pieds en cote Ă  l’aller et 30 minutes en descente au retour (il y a un bus uniquement disponible en semaine hors jour ferie), il y a Ă  Maule Ă©galement un Franprix pour faire ses courses, nous avons profitĂ© de 3 balades dans la forĂȘt aux alentours, trĂšs agrĂ©ables. ”

"Supermodernt hotell mitt i Paris. Som familj med tvĂ„ Ă€ldre barn va detta hotell perfekt. Rummen Ă€r moderna och sköts via en platta och vĂ„ra barn Ă€lskade att allt va sĂ„ enkelt. Extra positivt va att det fanns möjlighet att enkelt casta bĂ„de musik och tv 👍 Det va tyst pĂ„ rummen, hörde inte av andra gĂ€ster alls och jag brukar vara kĂ€nslig för ljud pĂ„ hotell. Rummen va smĂ„ men det gjorde ingenting eftersom det fanns mĂ„nga andra sĂ€llskapsytor, bĂ„de inne och ute, att hĂ€nga pĂ„. VĂ„r favorit va takbaren dĂ€r man hade sĂ„g Eiffeltornet. Vi la till frukost och Ă€ven denna va vĂ€ldigt bra. HĂ€r fanns det man förvĂ€ntar sig sĂ„ som Ă€ggröra, bacon, bröd av olika varianter, pĂ„lĂ€gg, ostar, pannkakor och frukt. I frukosten ingick ocksĂ„ barista kaffe och juice. Om man letar centralt boende till ett bra pris sĂ„ kan jag varmt rekommendera detta hotell. Vi va supernöjda och kommer att vĂ€lja denna kedja fler gĂ„nger."
