“Great location. Difficult parking unless the host were to park their car on the street when guests are there. Good small, cosy room. Comfortable bed and clean. Be prepared for noise. Must be impervious or bring earplugs. Family noise & sound travels from overhead. Use of any water triggers noisy flush pump day and night. Other mechanical noises above the bed. Omission: Wasn't enough ground coffee to use the coffee machine. Very nice host. We enjoyed the location.”

“It was not clear to me when booking that the majority of rooms are 21+. If you have a child with you, you are limited to either one of the outer buildings or need to upgrade to a full cabin. We had booked a king suite with a Japanese soaking tube and then were offered to switch to a forest haus queen because of my 2.5 year old and first told it was a comparable room (not even close) and then later given $71 resort credit, which really did not make up for it but I had limited other options at the...

“The room was attractive and clean - and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The room was also fairly inexpensive and a quick drive into Lenox. All the rooms were full suites with kitchens and living rooms. This was nice, but we didn't really need the kitchen and would have preferred an on-site restaurant for breakfast. Still, the super friendly staff directed us to the nearby Electra's cafe which had the best French toast I have ever eaten. We would definitely stay there again.”

“I usually stay here and yes staff are nice and rooms are decent but I’ve seen a decline in amenities. Maybe the expense of things - bathrobe in room, water and snacks were what I was used to seeing .in the room.”
