“I would recommend for couples or solo travel. Yes the room is a bit basic but for central Mumbai you could not get cleaner, quieter or safer. Short walk to Mumbai central train station and taxis always outside at any time, literally. Staff were outstanding - always available and more than happy to help. Really friendly people. There is a seating area out the front which is great to get out of the room for a while - completely safe and nobody approaches you from the street. If you want luxury...

“Stayed there with family and kids. We were not expecting much from this hotel as we were only there to sleep... Sheets were stained, beds are OK if you are 4ft tall. The main problem for us was with the frontdesk staff blasting music over their phone speaker until 3:30 AM, we had to politely ask them if they could use their earphones at least 6 times but they did not seem to see the problem....anyhow if you are looking for a hotel to stay in this area the comfort inn is slightly more expensive...

“Mr Sheik is a friendly face that greets you upon arrival. All decked up in his attire, he welcomes you to the property and assists in any way he can. All Staff members at the front desk are helpful at check in and in aiding with suggestions to restaurants or anything else that one desires. “I stayed at this hotel for the third time in March 2024 and it was just as amazing as the previous two occasions (2014 and 2018). This time, too, they recognized me the second I stepped into the lobby. The staff are fantastic, helpful and with a big smile on their faces. Unfortunately the restaurant was no longer open (except for breakfast) but I got tips on other restaurants nearby. Thank you for another pleasant stay with you. See you next time I'm in Mumbai.”
