We will be traveling to this area frequently and I am not sure I would stay again because of the bed. My husband and I never woke up in such pain!”

“This was my second stay at this location. Both times were great! The staff were very nice and the room and grounds were clean. There is a near by Entertainment building that seems to like to park in the hotel’s parking but we were given a parking pass to put in our vehicle window to ensure we were guest of the hotel. I appreciated that. Overall, this was a great hotel and I look forward to staying again in the future.”

“This hotel seemed nice from the pictures online and even at first glance when stepping into the lobby and our room. After a full inspection minutes after walking into our room, I checked out the bathroom area (specially where the toilet and walk-in shower was) and it was not pleasant at all. The shower looked as if it needed to be completely redid and the outside had rust around it. The ceiling in the room has wads of hair and plastic on it and the room and entire floor we were on felt damp. For...

“The room was absolutely filthy I should have never taken my socks off. Our feet were black and we have to wipe them off before even putting my socks and shoes back on. The door was open when we arrived, and we were too tired to walk all the way back up to the front desk. At least there were no surprises waiting inside. Will never stay ever again.”

“The room had the basics and reminded me of a vacant dorm room where the chairs (industrial metal framed chairs) were still upside down on top of the desk - assumedly for ease of moping the floor. The refrigerator was filthy. The TV kept freezing so it was impossible to watch a movie. The walls are also super thin, you can hear everything outside and in the hall. ”
