Great, roomy family holiday home with a full length covered entertaining patio with TV and BBQ area at the rear of the home. This house is set up to create memorable family holidays on the Island full of relaxed fun and laughter.

The fully fenced, grassed backyard caters for that special member of the family - your pet. And you can get to know the local Island bird life when they come to feed at the multi-storey bird feeder (birdseed supplied)

This 3-bedroom, pet friendly holiday home is an easy walk to the shops and the beach. It is designed to catch the cool sea breezes, however is also fully air-conditioned for your comfort.

Living and entertainment space.
You'll feel right at home from the moment you arrive in this welcoming holiday house. The interior living is open plan layout. The lounge area is air-conditioned and has a range of options for your holiday entertainment including a large flatscreen TV and DVD player, with Wifi and Netflix available, as well as a large selection of games, books and board games.

The lovely kitchen is newly installed and fully equipped with a dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, oven, cooktop and microwave.

The back undercover patio offers a generous extension to the living space. It features a sitting area with lounges and a TV, a dining area and a second full size fridge/freezer. The modern, comfortable outdoor settings and BBQ area are perfect for large families to relax.

The laundry area is also on the patio and has a washing machine and laundry tub.

All 3 bedrooms are air-conditioned, and can accommodate 8 guests in total.

An easy 500m stroll will take you to the sandy shores and sparkling waters of Nelly Bay. The beachfront has a playground and BBQ area, and there are shops and restaurants nearby.

The best stay!

The house definitely exceeded our expectations and pictures didn’t do it justice! The whole house was so clean, smelt lovely with infusers and the outside area is amazing!! The location is perfect with only a small walk down the road to the beach. Picnic bay just over the hill. It was just perfect and will be staying again!

Lovely stay in Nelly Bay

We had a very comfortable base to explore beautiful Magnetic Island. The house was well-equipped with both indoor and outdoor seating and eating areas. Easy walk to shops and convenient bus nearby. The only thing I’d note is that the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms aren’t completely separate from one another (the wall doesn’t extend above the wardrobes so not sound and lightproof between them).

Quiet and well equipped

This house was on a really quiet street but still a short walk to Nelly Bay. The bus goes right past the house which is so convenient. The yard is secure - we took our dog and she loved it. The outdoor space is perfect.

Home away from home

Highlights were: fantastic outdoor area in which to enjoy the view and birdlife, wifi and 3 TVs, and the thought gone into providing everything you could possibly need for a long stay. The decor, although very appealing, meant it was a little high maintenance to maintain cleanliness. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms very spacious.
