This fantastic 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house is perfectly configured to host up to 6 guests, ensuring ample space for everyone to relax and unwind. Effortlessly blending modern comforts, guests will be treated to a memorable beachside atmosphere.

Enter into a spacious living area featuring a large comfortable lounge and a big screen smart TV. The lounge room is air-conditioned, equipped with both reverse cycle and split system, ensuring year-round comfort. Five steps up is the open-plan dining area with a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave oven, family size fridge. freezer, and a comprehensive selection of crockery and cutlery.

This family-friendly haven boasts three generously sized bedrooms. Two bedrooms are furnished with Queen-sized beds with the main also having a ceiling fan, TV and ensuite with shower, toilet and vanity. The third bedroom features two single beds, ideal for kids or single guests and the main bathroom come complete with a bathtub, shower, vanity and separate toilet providing another layer of convenience.

Families with young children will appreciate the highchair and port-a-cot provided. Laundry facilities are located externally and are equipped with a clothes dryer and front loader washing machine to ensure all domestic needs are well attended on holidays.

Outdoor living is a key attraction of this property. A gas BBQ and outdoor dining area positioned within a fully enclosed yard provide a sensational setting for entertaining and watching the children and fur baby play. A secure garage accommodates one car and there is also driveway parking for one vehicle plus loads of street parking – please note the driveway is very steep.

Located a quick 2-minute drive into the heart of Nelson Bay where you will have a great variety of shops, cafes, restaurants and boutique shopping all conveniently nearby, giving you an ultimate holiday experience. The other bonus is being just a short 1.2klm stroll away from Bagnall Beach which is a fantastic dog friendly beach. Despite its central location, the house is located in a quiet residential area and retains a peaceful, secluded vibe - perfect for those seeking both adventure and relaxation.

(f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.

This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.

After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.
