“Was disappointed. The housekeeping staff had to show us how to use the TV. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom and there was not enough light in there. We got an accessible room as I have MS and need a walk-in shower. The shower floor was so slippery that my husband almost fell twice. I put a towel on the shower floor to stand on so I wouldn't slip.
