“The first room was not cleaned and had to change rooms that room the key wouldn’t work so we had to change again and in that room the tv would not work and there was one wash rag pretty bad in the morning went to check out and no one around I walked around looking but no one so I left the card key on the counter and left. Please go somewhere else!!”

Also checking in the lady didn't know what she was doing kept having to re-enter info and my debit card, I asked if it would show more than once she said no. “We had a flat tire around 2pm on route neat Columbia. Called the site and they said no refunds since the hotel was booked on Expedia. Finally after many attempts to contact Expedia customer “service”…they said the would contact site and approve a refund but then said the site was not answering phone and closed the file. Do better.”
