“The area was a little remote, but the house was exactly as described and plenty big enough for 3 family groups with a wide range in children’s ages. The outside areas worked brilliantly well, plenty of shade or sun as required. The area was really peaceful and we had deer wandering around the area. The property owner was really helpful with all our questions and responded really quickly. If I’m being picky due to the heatwave we would have appreciated. Air con in the downstairs bedrooms....

“the house was spacious, all services were available. the kids had a lot of fun in the pool. the landlords were very friendly, they were discreetly present on site and available when needed. The house is secluded in a quiet neighborhood. by car were a number of nice villages to visit in the area. definitely recommended to stay here.”

“We stayed at Cedric's property for three weeks, with friends coming to visit during that period. The house is really nicely set up to allow for entertaining and relaxing; the pool is the perfect temp, the house is cool during hot days and the living room and kitchen are spacious and well laid out. “Fantastisches Haus, ausgestattet mit allem, was man sich wünschen kann. Die Outdoor Grillplatte, die Kitchenaid Küchenutensilien, die Espresso Maschine im Aussenbereich und der riesige Kühlschrank mit Eiswürfelbereiter wurden von uns sehr gern und ausgiebig genutzt, die Betten waren fantastisch und die Bettwäsche sehr schön und angenehm, der riesige Whirlpool Luxus und an kühleren Tagen nach dem Baden super angenehm. “Prachtig uitzicht op de velden vanuit zwembad. Ruime woning met drie eettafels ( twee buiten) voor 14 personen met twee zeer ruime badkamers. Nérac ligt op twee kilometer afstand van de woning bereikbaar via mooie wandelwegen.”

Quelques balades, des bons repas à profiter au soleil sur la terrasse, des jeux de sociétés à l’intérieur lorsqu’il pleuvait… beaucoup de place dans cette grande maison idéale pour ce genre d’événement!!
