“Great staff but non smoking room had a strong smell of smoke and several things in the room were broken.”

“Hôtel correct en lui même MAIS inséré dans un immense complexe assez laid. Il est situé en bordure de plage après le parking et la route! La photo qui montre l’hôtel en vue aérienne n’est pas conforme et doit dater! Cette partie de la côte est défigurée par des complexes hôteliers affreux !!”

“The blond lady who was checking us in was really like she wanted us out. We paid in advance and both rooms were not on the same floor. The older family member and one slightly injured person couldn’t walk upstairs. We also has a baby and the 3rd floor without an elevator wasn’t an ideal solution. There were no other rooms to be switched too. On the other hand, the other lady accompanied by her children was always nice and tried to accommodate us as much as possible. “It has everything you need and more. Clean spacious rooms, lobby, restaurant and poolside areas. Indoor pool, gym, steam room and sauna are a bonus. Great service from all staff and especially from the animation team. Food was varied enough with some special themed nights. The drinks selection is good enough with plenty of self-serve options. The self-serve ice cream machine was great as well. Good-sized pools with separate areas for children. A 20-minute walk to Nesebar.”
