"Chaika var en av de bästa hotellen innan som vi varit på därför valde vi att komma igen,men mycket har gått under. Ingen underhållning för barnen, maten fanns väldigt lite att välja av,enstaka 4-5 rätter det var allt. Poolen var väldigt kall och barnpoolen så smutsig att barnen kunde inte bada, så vi fick vara på stranden. Vi var väldigt besvikna. Rummen och personalen var bra och trevliga."

"We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The food was excellent, with a wide variety of dishes to suit every taste. There was also an impressive selection of delicious pastries and desserts. It was genuinely difficult to decide what to try each day! The hotel was spotlessly clean, with staff constantly maintaining the facilities throughout the day. The animation team deserves special recognition. Mila, Mitko, and Emi were fantastic and brought so much energy and enthusiasm to the hotel. They organized a great range of fun and sports activities for both children and adults, creating a lively and enjoyable atmosphere. The light and fire show, as well as the Michael Jackson performance, were definite highlights of our stay. Although the official check-in time was 2:00 PM, we arrived earlier and were pleasantly surprised when the hotel kindly invited us to enjoy lunch free of charge while we waited. It was a thoughtful gesture that made us feel welcome from the very beginning. Overall, we had an amazing experience. This was our first trip to Bulgaria, and it exceeded all our expectations. The country is beautiful, the people are warm and friendly, and this hotel made our holiday truly memorable. We enjoyed it so much that we are already thinking of returning to Bulgaria every year. A well-deserved five stars!"
