“ I booked 3 lodges for family and friends for my daughter’s 40th birthday. We all loved our stay, despite the weather. The lodges were clean, comfortable and very spacious. Grandchildren had a brilliant time with the outdoor space, swimming & dry sledging. Would have loved more time but we will certainly be back as there is so much we haven’t done. Local people & shop staff were very helpful and friendly.”

“If you want a secluded quiet get away with everything the family needs this is the place. A small glitch with the WiFi (not of the hosts doing) was dealt with quickly and courteously by John the host. All in all the perfect break. ”

“Lovely big house off set from the other houses and surrounded with forest so all balconies were private. Great kitchen with everything you need. Complimentary washing, cleaning items to save having to pack these. We had a lovely stay. Would definitely book again if the double beds could be made into singles as another friend will be with us and need twin rooms. ”
