“The property was exceptional but I was disappointed by the welcome from the host. They made no attempt to contact me prior to my visit and I had to contact them. Details of how to access the property were not given until I asked for them. If I book a property I expect the hosts to contact me immediately to welcome me and give me essential details like directions and how to pick up the key. Also the listing and even their own brochure stated a check out of 11.00 am but I was told I had to...

“It was our first visit to Italy from Canada. Would recommend 100%. Owners were amazing to deal with. Responded to any questions in a very timely manner. Casa Relax location was ideal for shopping, restaurants, train station and the beach/marina. All were within a 10 minute or less walk. Casa Relax had everything you needed to feel at home.”

“This is a fantastic place in the Lazio countryside. We spent a couple of days relaxing by the pool, playing tennis and enjoying the facilities. The service is very personal and the staff knew our names already at check in. My recommendation is that you come here with car, rental or your own. We came by taxi and had a hard time getting around. You can get airport transfers but not local taxis.”
