“I am incredibly disappointed with our stay at Hotel Nova. For the price charged, the food, rooms, and service fell completely short of expectations. More importantly, we experienced serious safety and management issues. During our stay, the shower suddenly surged to a scalding temperature, burning our five-year-old daughter badly enough to reduce her to tears.

“Staff said AC/heater in room will working start Nov.”

“Great staff”

“This property is about a 10 minute walk from St. James church with two grocery stores, two bank machines and a DM location down the street. The owner was delightful and bent over backwards to help. The rooms are small but very clean, with air conditioning and there is a continental breakfast from 8 am - 10 am in the mornings. I felt safe and comfortable, especially since the other travellers included friars and priests. Looking forward to visiting again.”

“Wonderful stay - the staff were really friendly and on the first night the owner waited up for our late arrival and was so welcoming to us weary travellers. The room was clean and comfortable and great value for money. Great location - close to Apparition hill, Oasis of peace and a 20 minute walk to the centre”

“very good”
