“The guesthouse is on the property as the owner, adding a feeling of safety. Knowing that even when we were out, the place was not unattended. While the owner's kept to themselves allowed us a feeling of isolation and quiet, it was good to know they were nearby in case we needed anything. “Wonderful stay. House looks small from the outside, but rooms are spacious. Good size kitchen with good space to cook and bathroom with dual sinks, jetted tub and walk in shower. Master bedroom was big, has a sitting area/desk space; King size bed, very comfy. Loft beds 2 full size. also comfy, my daughter loved it up there. “Property was nice away from the noise of traffic accommodation and bed were very comfortable driveway a little difficult overall good stay only thing I didn’t like and I don’t know if it was Vrbo or the owners raised the price $100 total from what was quoted on the Vrbo site…”

“Truly enjoyed this place, so close to town , 2-5 minute walk, and yet was so peaceful with the running river. We walked to breakfast along the miners trail each morning and it was so refreshing to be along the riverside”

“Overall wonderful. Great location with some traffic noise from the freeway across the yard. Some foot traffic noise above us upstairs. Maybe slippers are in order to reduce the noise. Both times we stayed here the bathroom tub has a very slow drain. This time, the towels were rough, just in from hanging outdoors. Soft and cushy is best. We love the lighting in the yard and fairy light projection touch!”
