The house was super cute in the pictures but upon arrival it was very dirty on the exterior. There were holes patched in the ceiling with license plates a hole in the dinning room wall and the toliet seat in the master bath would not stay on the toliet. The master bed was a bunkie type mattress and you could feel the bars of the bed frame since there was no box springs. The pictures online depicted that the river bank was right under the porch and instead it was down the hill a good ways and very strenuous to get up and down due to a steep hill drop.The provided kayaks were nice additional however one took in water and my son had to stand in the midst of the river to empty the kayak out. The appliances in the kitchen were either old are in non working order. The place ultimately worked out for our group, but would have been better if the house was taken care of. It wouldn't take much to make this house a cute clean space to stay.. and maybe some updated pictures and a better discription of the amenities.
