Familjestil stort matbord med 9 platser och ett annat bord med plats för 4. Halva badet från matplatsen. Bottenvåningen sovrum med en king size-säng och i badrum med djup badkar badkar. Det finns ett gäst sovrum nere med en queen size-säng. På övervåningen finns ett extra vardagsrum mycket rymligt med en futon, kabel-TV, sittgrupp med 2 stolar och en bar höjd bord sittplatser 4. Tre sovrum på övervåningen. Den första har en king size-säng, den andra med en full och en tvilling och den tredje med en tvilling över två våningssäng. Det finns ett gästbadrum på övervåningen. Detta hus kan sova 14 bekvämt.

It’s so nice to find a property that allows pets. The Kitchen was large and the living room was comfortable. Even though the house is within walking distance of everything, we could not hear any traffic noise.A great place to stay in New Braunfels.

Great Location!

Great location, close to the both rivers, a little night life, grocery stores, and Landa Park. Home is very charming, old school river house vibes but in the heart of everything. And there are deer walking around!

Amazing location and great house for a big group

We went with friends to Wurstfest and this place was the perfect location. We were just a 15 minute walk and ever closer to the square. It was so fun being walking distance to everything and not having to worry about getting an uber was amazing. The house itself was so perfect and plenty of beds to accommodate. Already booked for next year!

Family get-away!

Home was perfect for our group! We had our two grown children and their families which Included our 4 grand sons! There was plenty of space and beds for everyone! The boys loved the bunk beds. Porches were perfect to enjoy the evenings, there were deer that came into the yard every evening. The boys loved it! Kitchen was well stocked, dining room had large table and we shared family meals every night! It was a great family trip, perfect home for what we needed.

You cant beat the comal with friends

great property. General area middle of the Comal River with easy river access. We used private access some and took short walk to drop in at Landa Park. Only concern is that another full bath is needed. House sleeps 15. Too few bathrooms for that for sure. Maybe install an outdoor shower? That would be great for post river bathing.

Lovely Stay

I lease VRBO homes frequently as I own a scuba shop and it makes it easy to keep students and divers together for fun and training during road trips. My divers loved this home close to the Comal River. The home itself was comfortable, clean and well appointed. We loved the big porch and back patio. When we arrived at the property I noticed several deer in the neighborhood laying around in the grass. Throughout our stay the deer could be seen in the lot across from the home and relaxing in the neighborhood lawns. It was fun to see them so comfortable and healthy. There were so many! We were very happy with the home and will be returning in the future.

Relaxing Stay

The house is old, but it is kept up well. Everything was clean when we arrived. Check in and check out was an easy process. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood on to the Comal River and is within walking distance to downtown. The kitchen is decently stocked with dishes and utensils. We saw countless deer and other wildlife roaming the neighborhood. If you want to float the river, Prince Solms Park to the entrance/exit by the house is about a 45 minute float, and Prince Solms Park to the last public river exit is a couple of hours. You can bring your own tube and walk over to Prince Solms Park where the tube chute is located. I would definitely stay here again!

Ton of space!!

We stayed here for our girls wedding weekend and it was more than accommodating! There were enough beds for all 12 of us to have our own bed! And i Think even some left over. Easily could’ve fit a handful more! The only issue is the parking. You can only park 3-4 cars in the driveway and 2 on the street so it’s makes a pretty difficult for 12+ people all driving separate to find parking. We made it work but it was definitely a headache. Other than that, the “private access” is a little difficult to find and you defiantly need to drive if you’re bringing all your coolers and tubes. Over all the house was extremely comfortable, well insulated (which can be an issue with older houses) and very clean! I would defiantly stay again!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: How was as advertised and a very short drive from Shlitterbahn. The kitchen was better stocked than expected. The management did a very nice and prompt job of resolving two minor issues. They were much better at issue resolution than most renters. The layout of the upstairs bed rooms worked well for kids - lots of beds but in separate rooms. A few other notes:1. A few of the rooms really are ready for a coat of paint.2. Like many places, many of the light fixtures had very low voltage bulbs. 3. Like many older houses, there are bumps in the floor in the doorways. It would not be a good house for someone using a walker or who had balance issues. Also, the stairs were steeper than most - no big deal for most people but it would be problematic for a few.
