This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. 1 dog under 40 lbs allowed, $25 per day. This property includes accidental damage protection up to $1500. To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor areas of this home are monitored by video camera.
