2 sovrum, 2 badrum lägenhet på Inverness Condominiums som ligger bredvid Schlitterbahn och på Comal River. Vackert stort däck, en pool med utsikt över floden och direkt tillgång till floden !! Den har trägolv, en ny 43 "platt-TV med TV, internet och allt du behöver för att få en semester. Matbordet har sex platser. Nymålade och nya sängkläder i båda rummen. Det finns en drottningssäng, en helt ny kungssäng och en helt ny bäddsoffa. Sängkläder och badrum är av hög kvalitet. Dessa lägenheter har dedikerad parkering och en vacker pool precis vid floden. Den har ett stort trädäck med bord och stolar och en lång gräsbevuxen strandpromenad med grillar och picknickbord. Tillgång till floden också. Du är säker på att ha det bra!

Rockin 'R är ett lokalt rörutrustningssystem som kan plocka upp två partier från Inverness Condos mellan Memorial Day och Labor Day. För alla reservationer utanför den tidsperioden ligger Rockin 'R-butiken bara 0,5 km bort.
Du får två parkeringspass, en för en numrerad täckt plats och en andra för allmän parkering. Denna lägenhet ligger på tredje våningen och har en hiss. Gäster måste vara 25 år eller äldre för att boka och måste bo på fastigheten. Inga husdjur tillåtna. Du får 6 armband (maxbelopp tillåtet). Dessa lägenheter har högst 6 gäster. Denna maximala beläggning får inte överskridas vid någon tidpunkt. Inga daggäster tillåtna.

Komplexets HOA hade fastställt vissa policyer för att säkerställa att alla som bor på komplexet kan ha en underbar tid. På grund av den fantastiska platsen kan vi ha problem med överträdare. Säkerhetsvakterna är där för att se till att endast hyresgäster använder marken och att gästerna parkerar på rätt parkeringsplatser. It is also great to be able to walk to downtown. WE love floating so we have the ability to hop in the river right next to the condo and float to the last public exit. the condo itself is very comfortable and we have stayed in the same one for the past 4 years. we will be back next summer!

Awesome vacay spot

Amazing communication from the management company! This location was perfect for our family. We bought tubes from H-E-B and used the river access point right there at the property. From there we floated down to the last public river exit and it was a short 3-5 minute walk back to the condo.

On the river fun

Property clean and as described. Directly on river with access to the river. Great for a quick swim or a short couple min drive to get tubes and get to floating down the river. Al in all, great experience and nice condo. Thank you!

We bring our own tubes and can hop in at the property access, float down to the last public exit and walk the short distance back to the rental. Its also not a bad walk down to the park to get in, float through the tube chute and get out at the property. The property is also close to lots of restaurants. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Its on the 3rd floor but there was an elevator. We will definitely be back.

The condo was perfect and everything in description was accurate. Only complaint was my 5'2" mom had a problem getting into the bed in master bedroom. It was a good laugh but bed was comfortable once she was able to get herself up (and stop laughing). Pool was clean and grounds were manicured. Will stay again.

Very comfortable, with everything you need. The river was great and there is no better location on the river. Easy to float, easy to walk into town, easy to have a cookout for dinner. Fantastic location & great place!

Easy booking w/ great communication from mgmt. Place was very clean & perfect for our family of 5 (little girls slept on the sofa bed). Literally right across the street from Schlitterbahn & just a couple miles from Gruene & everything else needed (HEB, restaurants, etc.). Floating the Comal, you can bring your own tubes, get in right at the property, then float for about 45 min to an hour. The Comal bends around so the exit is just aan easy few minutes walk back to this place along the sidewalk. You can squeeze in 2-3 floats in a day. The float itself is calm & pleasant since it's on the other side of the chute. If you want the chute, it's within walking distance. The private pool was very nice too! Parking was a little tricky (crammed) but that's common with these types of condos. Manageable. Overall, GREAT stay. My family had a wonderful time. We highly recommend. Thanks!

Reviewer Comments: it was pretty good. the condo itself was in great shape. this is our 3rd year to use condo 309. overall it was clean and great for our needs. 3 other families were on the same property and i would say our condo was the cleanest and most updated. We were a bit disappointed with the Inverness grounds. the pool was very dirty. And all the grass is gone and just has a bunch of weeds. furthermore, there were holes all around the trees. I am not sure what the holes were but maybe the HOA is trying to build something around them because there was plenty of landscaping messes on the property. Lastly, the grills could use some love. We managed to find 1 good grate to use on the charcoal grill by the lounge chairs. but that grill is leaning severely. this was our 4th year staying here and we always enjoy the location and the easy access to the river. We will certainly be back. But it would be nice to see the grounds cleaned up and or updated a bit. The community deck was great as always.

The property was clean & looks like it was recently updated, except for the AC unit & windows. Only a few complaints: Mattress or box spring in main bedroom is super loud with the slightest move making it difficult to get a good nights rest; 2nd bedroom wasn't 2 twin beds so one of our kids had to sleep on the sofa; the AC unit is loud and hums in the main bedroom very loudly while on, it's so loud that it woke everyone up each time it kicked on, and because the weather striping on the patio door & old drafty windows it's constantly running. Overall we had a great stay and would book again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family usually rents 3 condos at a time to spend a long weekend at the river. We’ve done this several times over the last 10 or so years and have a great time each time. This time we were fairly disappointed that the pool had not been maintained and we were not able to swim in it until right before check out. We had to call for pool maintenance on Thursday and on Friday. The pool was green and cloudy. It still wasn’t clear by check out but was better after a full day of cleaning and scrubbing from the pool maintenance person. The wine and dine condo was nice and updated although I did not like that the AC was on a smart meter and kept returning to 75°F every 2 hours. 🥵 Also, as we were packing the rooms up to check out we accidentally bumped into the large mirror they had on the narrowest part of the master bedroom walkway. It fell and broke, almost hitting our children. We were very surprised to see that the large, heavy mirror had been hung by 2 tiny finishing size nails. Overall, we really love to have our family vacation at the Inverness as it has nice river access and across the street from Schlitterbahn. I’m hoping the pool is better maintained here in out and that the AC isn’t set so hot. Thank you!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Excellent with one exception: The "stopper" in the Master bedroom sink would not stay up to allow water to drain out of the sink. We had to either lift the silver stopper and hold it until the water was drained or place a fingernail file under the stopper to keep it open so the water would drain. All else was great.
