Nya Rymlig 4 Bdr hem på Guadalupe W / Private River Entrance

Villor av River Road ligger på Guadalupe River, 20 minuter från centrala New Braunfels på River Road mellan den andra och tredje korsningar. Njuta av den vackra bergväggen och vackra 100 plus fötter av direkt floden tillgång rätt ut din ytterdörr! Tube hyra och transfer tillhandahålls intill. Du kan ange floden här och avsluta på en mängd olika platser upp och ner längs floden och återlämnas till fastigheten. Detta läge är perfekt för att spela i floden eller bara koppla av som du titta på andra flyter i floden nedanför. Även om du njuta av levande musik, är fastigheten kort bilresa till River Road Ice House & Gruene Hall. Om du är en älskare av antikviteter, är hem mindre än 10 minuter från städerna New Braunfels och Gruene, som ger antikaffärer liksom många unika butiker där hantverkare säljer sina varor. Hemmet är också nära till stor grill samt flera gallerior utlopp. Om du trött på att spela i floden, är "Schlitterbahn", en underbar vatten park ligger i New Braunfels.

Great property but very close to other houses (very noisy)

Property was beautiful, beds were comfortable. Description is a bit deceiving though. House is located in a row of houses that share a common river area with all residents. There was only cold water for showering. I informed the owner who suggested checking the breaker (was not the problem). Owner advised he would get it fixed after our stay. There were no washcloths nor dish towels. Owner was responsive in getting some delivered (which had to be washed). The home had not been thoroughly cleaned (as there were used sanitary items left under the bathroom sink). Loud parties go on late at night. The owner has no control over that, but helpful info for older adults or groups with small kids. The river area was trashed (people leaving random trash on shore). Overall, comfortable home with great layout for large group. Owner is responsive to my issues. Home was a little farther out of town than expected. Probably would not stay again based on proximity to other homes, privacy, and location/access to river.

Needs to find new house cleaners!

The house was ok but the cleanliness was horrible! There was a used tampon in the bath cabinet, the countertops were sticky, the toilets had residue in there, they was balls of hair in all the showers, the ceiling fans have cakes of dust on them and the silverware had old food stuck to them. When I texted the property manager he apologized but said they only had 4 hours to clean the house! I’m sorry but that is ridiculous! I had to pay a cleaning fee but feel this is wrong as we had to clean the house up when we got there and when we left! I truly feel we are owed some money back!

Great River Trip House

I shared this house with friends for our annual river trip. It was a really nice, clean house and it was perfect that we could walk right next door to CaPs to float the river. The only complaint that I had was the neighbors (at the campground maybe?) partied every night til 3-4am and the bass literally shook the windows. I’m not sure if it’s like that every weekend but I definitely needed to wear earplugs to be able to sleep.

Great House

Our family enjoyed our stay. The river is walking distance from the house as well as the tube rental business. There is a room down stairs from the main house, which worked for our family gathering. We are excited about visiting next year!

Amazing Place

This is the nicest place we have stayed at on this street! The house was well taken care of and decorated very nicely. Mark was great to work with! It is so easy to stay here and float the river! We will for sure be staying at this house again! Outstanding! I would recommend 10/10!!
