Rätt vid floden !!! Guadalupe River Retreat är den perfekta resan!

  • Guadalupe River Retreat är det perfekta stället att koppla av och varva ner på. Kom och se vad Guds hemliga paradis har att erbjuda. Det är den perfekta destinationen för att njuta av floden och den hisnande utsikten över Texas Hill Country. Gå på slangar, paddla kanot, paddla kajak, simma eller fiska precis utanför ytterdörren. Hästskon och Whitewater Amphitheatre ligger några mil från huset. Detta gör det extremt bekvämt för Whitewater-konserter och flyter i floden. Du kan komma ut direkt vid floden åtkomst till huset.
    Gå in i det lilla huset och du kommer att älska det öppna köket / vardagsrummet eftersom de erbjuder en vacker utsikt över floden. Ägarna lägger mycket tanke på komfort och mångsidighet. Det finns två sovrum. Nedervåningen är ett drottning sovrum och övervåningen på loftet finns det två fulla sängar med utsikt över floden. Det finns ett badrum och ett vackert ytterdäck som är täckt med utomhusbelysning mot floden. Den sover 6 bekvämt. Vi erbjuder en grill så att du kan njuta av floden och laga mat på samma gång.
    Det är också några minuter från Canyon Lake, centrala New Braunfels, Schlitterbahn, Comal River, Gruene och Wimberley. Det finns också många vingårdar och destillerier att besöka. Njut av slang på sommaren, fiska ut bakdörren på vintern & Wurstfest i november! Det finns så många saker att erbjuda i Hill Country.

This is our third summer at the tiny home, and we absolutely love it. We spend all day by the river, cooking out, making s'mores, swinging, and enjoying the beautiful outdoors on the property. The location is perfect, as it's very close to town. The house is ideal for our family of four.

My family of 5 had a fantastic time. It is the PERFECT spot on the river for wading around AND we walked over to a spot that was deep enough to launch our paddle boards out. The amenities are clearly well thought out- from face masks and coffee to inflatables and a wagon to tote everything up and down the hill.

Clean and Comfortable Home in Great Location

This is a beautiful property in a great location on the river. The home was comfortable and was absolutely spotless. It had everything we needed for our stay. It was the perfect location for our stay to fly fish. It was peaceful and the neighbors were kind and respectful. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved spending our long Easter weekend at this cozy home. The owners were very communicative and accommodating. The home was well stocked for items we may have needed. We loved spending our time around the fire ring and down by the river. We can’t wait to stay again!

Unmatched!

We were a little nervous renting a tiny house with our 3 teenage boys (19, 17, 15) but there was no need to worry! The house is small but is laid out so well, we never felt cramped or crowded. And the access to the river was unmatched! We would most definitely come back. We loved it!!

By far the best place we’ve stayed on the river!

We have been coming to the river with a group of friends for over 12 years. We used to rent camp but as we’ve gotten older we find that we much more enjoy the cabin life and all of the comforts it provides. This tiny home cabin was just perfect for the 6 of us and literally had every single thing we could’ve dreamed of. The location on the water is fantastic and if you want to float, Gypsy River is right next door to rent tubes from. We enjoyed our stay so much that we decided not to check out and stay an extra day just because we could! Communication with the owner was top notch. I will definitely be referring this one to our friends and family and it will now become our new “river home” for our annual float trips!

Perfect location, lovely house.

We had a great time at the house and property, I wished we had booked just one more day! We stayed 2 nights, my husband and I, my sister and brother-in-law. The house was very nice and very clean, we had everything we needed. No complaints at all. The river is right there, just a short walk down. There is plenty of shade. We sat with our chairs in the water, then took the tubes out and floated a bit. We bbq'd one night and made a fire in the firepit on both nights and sat around listening to music, had drinks. We went to a tubing service company and floated for 2-3 hours, loved that. The beds were comfy. I let my sister take the bedroom and my husband and I took the loft, the loft has low ceilings but It's mainly to sleep or lay in bed. We liked it, slept very well. I would definitely recommend this rental, the house, property and river access was perfect! I seriously cannot think of one negative thing. We never had to contact the owners other than to say we arrived and when we left. Thank you to the owners!

Girls' River Trip - SO FUN!

This was the perfect little house for myself and 3 girlfriends. The house was stocked with everything we needed. The views were amazing. We loved having access to the river and were able to hangout there after we floated the river during the day. I can't wait to bring my family soon. Communication was great with the owners as well.

GREAT HOUSE-GREAT LOCATION

The house is excellent! property is huge, right on the water, house is well kept and has everything you need. Great house for kids, the loft is really cool, they will love it. Hosts are great a keeping up with communication. This is by far the best place we have stayed in our many years of coming to float the river! we will be renting again!

Beautiful tiny home, on a beautiful piece of property

This is probably one of my new favorite houses to stay in. It is the cutest tiny home. Perfectly clean. My girls LOVED the loft for them to sleep in. All communication with the owners was prompt and so sweet. The property is gorgeous! The riverfront area was the perfect spot for our little ones to play in the water.

The house and property was just as described. Our family loved our visit. Just enough space for our little group of 6. The river access was perfect for our teens to wake up and go for a dip! We all agreed that we will definitely be back to stay again!

Wonderful location and adorable house!

The house is absolutely adorable and just as pictures show. The location on the river is the absolute best. Perfect to just walk down and sit in the river and relax. Only issue we had was a strong sulphur smell to the water in the house which was not the best for kids to overlook the smell to shower but that was the only thing to even improve if possible. The positioning on the property also has another house on the river. A little awkward at first with the tenants of that house thinking we were trespassing but we cleared that up ;) there is plenty of bank space and seating for both house guests. Worth the stay for sure. Would easily stay again.

If you want to vomit while showering, this is the place for you.

The sulfur smell was unbearable. Couldn’t wash dishes or hands because the smell was so bad. My kids refused to shower and literally threw up while showering from the smell. Property manager said that it’s normal and did nothing about it, however I asked the people staying in the main house if they also were experiencing this and they said no. The AC in the main house dripped the entire time and soaked the stairs and floor going up to the loft. The loft is so short you have to crawl around so don’t plan to put any adults up there. Spent a lot of money to be miserable at this property. Extremely disappointed.

Our experience

The tiny house sleeps 6, the downstairs bedroom is ok, but the loft is a joke. If you are over 3ft in height then you are to tall for the loft. My grandkids had to crawl on all fours to get around. I strongly believe the renters should be told about the inconvenience. We paid quite a bit of money and we were not comfortable.
