  • NY LISTERING !! Ett mycket lyxigt hem vid floden Guadalupe. Skuggade parti med däck längs floden. Gott om parkering och gated. Detta hem har allt du behöver för att göra det. "ditt hem hemifrån ". Privat täckt uteplats med gott om sittplatser och en järnkolgrill. Rör och pendeltrafik 250 yds. upp floden. Kom och koppla av på eldstansdansen varje natt.

    Hemmet är fullt möblerat med ett stort öppet kök / matsal / vardagsrum som innehåller många extra bekvämligheter En fantastisk plats att samlas och koppla av efter en hel dag på floden !! Köket har allt! Fullt lager och sedan några. Matbordet har plats för 8 och det finns ytterligare 5 barstolar på köksön / frukostbaren. Vardagsrummet har en skinnsoffa, en kärleksstol med osmann och en tvilling över dubbelsäng. Det finns en elektrisk eldstad, satellit-TV och WiFi.
    Det stora sovrummet i slutet av hallen har en king size-säng, platt-TV och privat badrum. Det 2: a och 3: e sovrummen har vardera en dubbelsäng och en tvilling över hela våningssängen (varje rum sover 5). Det finns ett gästbadrum centralt beläget i köket samt gästens sovrum. Tvättmaskin och torktumlare finns tillgängliga för din bekvämlighet.

    Det finns 3 hus på denna gated fastighet som delar floden tillgång. Rätt granne med Texas Star är Wagon Wheel 3/2 som sover 14 och har utsikt över floden. Det finns Bluebonnet Cabin (har inte utsikt över floden) som rymmer 10. Om du har en stor fest vänligen fråga om de andra två husen.

    INGEN FESTER, INGEN DYR INGEN RÖKNING! Gäster måste vara 25 år eller äldre för att boka och måste bo på fastigheten under vistelsen. Detta hem har högst 14 gäster. Denna maximala beläggning får inte överskridas vid någon tidpunkt. Inga daggäster tillåtna.

Best spot on the river

The house had absolutely everything you could need to enjoy a weekend getaway! Talk about the perfectly stocked kitchen & plenty of towels for showering. We will definitely be coming back.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Texas Star was a beautiful house. The outdoor area was well kept and beautiful. The management company were helpful and polite. We rented the house to take a little weekend vacation and try to catch some Guadalupe River Trout in January. It was a great experience and I would like to rent it again in warmer weather for kayaking. There is another house next door which was empty during our stay, but the outdoor area is so large I don't think we would have noticed if someone were there.

Wonderful Cottage

My family was so pleased with the Texas Star cabin!! It was clean, very well-stocked with towels and kitchen equipment, and it had a huge dining table, so everyone had a place to sit and eat or play dominoes! There were also 4 chairs at the bar if you needed even more places to sit. The river access was perfect too. There was a drop-in place for tubes about 5 minutes upriver, and it took about 2 hours to float back to our cabin. Perfect! We would definitely stay there again.

It was extremely quiet, close to Mountain Breeze campground where you can access the river and it’s shallow. The house was very comfy and clean, accommodated our family of 6 very comfortably! We will definitely be back!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our multi-family group had a great time relaxing on the river! The kitchen was well-stocked and there was plenty of seating for everyone. A couple of trees in the yard were perfect for hammocks! Our boys loved the shady spacious yard and were outside all the time. Our only “gripe” was that we felt the need to clean kitchen supplies before using them - only one dishwasher tab is provided and it felt like maybe other guests had not brought any and just ran the dishwasher without soap. Counters in kitchen were clear, but not clean. Same with floors ... swept, but not mopped.Overall, it was a wonderful getaway for our family and friends?
