NY LISTERING !! Är du intresserad av slang eller bara sparka tillbaka för en lugn semester när du lyssnar på ljudet från floden under det vackra däck? Om så är fallet är detta hem perfekt för dig. Det är beläget vid Cliff View Condos (# 16) på River Road nära New Braunfels, Texas och ligger på 300 fot Guadalupe River-fasaden tvärs över från en vacker klippa på floden mellan andra och tredje flodövergångarna. Du kommer att ha direktåtkomst, så det är perfekt för att spela eller bara koppla av när du ser andra flyta i floden nedan. Kiselstranden är intet mindre än FANTASTISK !!! Du kan komma in i floden strax utanför stenstranden och gå ut på olika platser upp och nerför floden. Det finns pendeltrafik för att återvända till fastigheten. Kiselstranden är också perfekt för att spela eller bara koppla av när du ser andra flyta i floden nedan. Om du gillar livemusik är hotellet en kort bilresa till River Road Ice House & Gruene Hall. Detta hem har ingen utsikt över floden.

Detta nybyggda lyxiga 4 sovrum / 3 badrum hemma sover 12 gäster bekvämt. Öppet kök / matsal / vardagsrum med många extra bekvämligheter. Bänkskivor i granit med en stor ö för extra sittplatser i hela köket som inkluderar disk, alla apparater och köksredskap. Den har också en tvättmaskin och torktumlare för din bekvämlighet. Detta hus har INTE WIFI eller trådlöst internet. Om du behöver tillgång till WIFI måste du ställa in en personlig hot spot.

Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng, platt-TV och eget badrum. Det finns en privat veranda från sovrummet med vacker utsikt över klipporna. Jag är ett fantastiskt ställe att äta morgonkaffe och njuta av djurlivet. Det andra sovrummet har en queen size-säng. Det tredje sovrummet har en tvilling över två våningssängar. Gästbadrummet är bekvämt beläget i gästens sovrum. Nedervåningen är det 4: e sovrummet. Den har 2 tvillingar och en tvilling över två våningssängar. Det finns också ett badrum i bottenvåningen.

Det finns röruthyrning på plats (under sommarmånaderna) och granne på Gilligan's Island. En pendelbuss tillbaka från Lone Star Float house ger en perfekt eftermiddagsflottur. Dessutom finns det en stor stenstrand en kort promenad från huset och ett djupt naturligt simningshål där också. Du kan till och med upptäcka getter med andetag i höjden på morgnarna. En stor bilport är den perfekta platsen att kasta brickor och ta en paus från solen. Stranden är privat eftersom du är i ett gated community med andra semesteruthyrare. Gäster måste vara 25 år eller äldre för att boka och måste bo på fastigheten. Ingen rökning, inga fester, inga husdjur. Den maximala beläggningen är 12 gäster. Denna maximala beläggning får inte överskridas vid någon tidpunkt. Inga daggäster tillåtna.

Quiet family getaway

My kids had a blast playing in the river that was really close by (right next to the houses). This house was perfect for 7 of us. Lots of seating areas - in and out. The house had everything we needed…if you forget it they will probably have it! Checkout rules were pretty standard. That’s one thing I noticed in other listing nearby…some were wanting you to sweep, mop, etc. They supplied plenty of bath towels for everyone (we brought our beach towels). My kids were already planning out next trip to this house 😂

Memorial Day is a busy time for this section of the river. The cabin itself is nice, comfortable and has all the amenities listed. It does not have wifi. We were satisfied with our stay but do wish we had chosen another weekend to enjoy to river. The cabin is central to several different attractions, so we were able to enjoy the weekend even without spending much time on the river itself.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We planned this trip with our good friends. We have 2 toddlers (3&5) and they have to little ones (3&1). This spot was great river access for families with little ones! We were able to let them play in the river without it being too deep or dangerous. The only downside is we didn't use the bedroom on the first floor because we were too worried about leaving either kids down there overnight or one of us separating from our kids upstairs. This would be great for teenagers who want their own space. There is no bathtub anywhere (so be prepared with little ones). But overall a great stay. Will book again.

Don’t go in the summer

We have stayed in this little group of houses a few times and never had the trouble we had this time. I know it was hot outside but we couldn’t use the oven or even showers with the Temp inside hitting 80 degrees. And it didn’t come down until 4 am. The property manager said the AC was working as it should. I disagree as a contractor. This made our stay uncomfortable to say the least.

Great time with family!!

We had a wonderful time at the Silver Spur! It had a great layout and was perfect for our two families. Four adults, two teens, two young kids, and a toddler. Full house, but lots of room for everyone! Short walk to the river for relaxing and enjoying the view. Close to Gruene, Schlitterbahn, and river access for tubing. The perfect spot! There was a problem with our AC when we arrived, but the property manager sent a tech and got us up and running. This Texas heat is no joke, so we were grateful for Mike coming to the rescue.

Great Place, Tough Fishing

We loved the accommodations and the river access for fishing but on two different days we were not able to fish because there was so many fishing at the CVC location. It was a bit confusing because the was only one other condo being used. I know there are Trout Unlimited users who pay for access, but the access may be being abused. The reason we stayed there was for the fishing access.

Awesome Stay, Beautiful Property

We stayed in this home/property in April 2021, and we had a great time! It was a total of 12 of us, there was plenty of room in the kitchen/living room and in each bedroom for all of us. The home was very clean! Check in and instructions were made very clear and very easy to follow. It is about an hour or so drive to San Antonio, but that was okay for our family. We loved the access to the river, beautiful views and we had lots of fun playing in the water. We’ll definitely keep this property in mind if we are in this area again!
