    The main floor features the kitchen, dining area, living room, laundry, half bath, and river-view balcony. Upstairs, both bedrooms have their own private bathrooms.



    The primary bedroom has a queen bed + twin trundle and its own balcony overlooking the Guadalupe. The second bedroom also has a queen bed + twin trundle, and the living room includes a sleeper sofa.



    River Access

    The complex has a pool, community grills, and a deck overlooking the Guadalupe River. There is no direct tubing access from the condo. A staircase leads from the pool area toward the river, and an additional access point is currently being added.

    Good to Know

    Host must be 25+ and staying at the property. Maximum occupancy is 8 guests, with no daytime guests allowed. ID must be added to electronic rental agreement (required).



    Up to 2 dogs under 40 lbs. are welcome with a $25/day per pet fee and breed restrictions.



    Outdoor areas are monitored by security cameras. Accidental damage protection up to $1,500 is included.

A We enjoyed are stay. We floated in the river at the condo the day we got there. Location is close to restaurants, stores and The Texas Margarita Factory.

We had a great time. Didn’t utilize the pool or river due to the weather but it was peaceful and the view of the river was lovely. I would definitely recommend and will add to my places to stay in the future.

Came during march! Pool was cold and water was cold but well worth the time. Location was just as shown. No problems with the air conditioning or hot water. Awesome time!

Weekend getaway

What a great place! Plenty of room for our family of four (2 adults/2 teens). Beautiful view of the river from both levels of the apartment. A quick drive to San Antonio. Would definitely recommend.

Good place

It is a good and comfortable place to stay if you only need a place to sleep. The bathtub in one of the rooms needs a rehab and the doors needs alignment, it was hard closing them. Everything was nice overall

The condo was really nice. Well appointed and clean. The area is within driving distance to many activities. There are a lot of rules, but all went well.

Easy check in, very responsive, overall a good voue

Property clean, safe, and location although access to river in construction, it was nice as anything needed is a couple miles away. Property management responsive to questions and issues.Over all property a bit dated but workable compared to other property rental prices.Good to ask questions upfront of any bookings as some properties require upfront agreements that one may question. Would definitely recommend a mattress upgrade.Overall good value.

Family stay

Condo is on the older side but was very clean. Appliances were new and very much appreciated. The bedding was very comfortable.Our main complaint was on the exterior. Stairs and balcony were thick with spider webs and even a large wasp nest.The grounds needed to be mowed and there was a dead coral snake. We decided not to utilize the pool area.

Has easy river access, pool was crystal clear, and lots to do! Plenty of linens, blankets and pillows. My only complaint would be the beds. Both queen beds dip in the middle and the sofa bed is very springy, unfortunately none of us slept through the night.

This property has beautiful pictures but when you arrive you realize it is an old property with some upgrades but in desperate need of maintenance and updating. The neighborhood surround the complex was concerning to drive through. Bathrooms need updating and thorough cleaning. Pictures are very deceiving.

Misrepresented

The property had a foul smell when we walked in there was sexually explicit confetti left all around the house all the doors we warped and dont shut well we had to buy air freshners there was one grill that we found on the property by the pool the add said there were grills on the property the river access a joke and the surrounding neighborhood is terrible.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a very nice place to stay. In a remote area and we werent' sure we were in the right place but once we got there it was fine. Two things I noticed was that the electric outlets in the downstairs bathroom and one of the upstairs bathrooms didn't work and we couldn't find any blankets for the trundle beds or the pull out couch bed. The design of the stairway in the upstairs part was difficult and you must be careful when navigating going down or you may slip. Otherwise it was a great place to stay. Well decorated. Enjoyed having a washer and dryer. Quiet. Maybe put a lamp in the living area. I would use again.
