"Spent one night with my wife and two children on our way back home to Sweden after three weeks in Miami. It was a really great and positive experience. Location really perfect close the airport, but our best memoryd from this hotel was the great welcome we got from Anthony at the front desk when checking in. He was really very kind and made us feel welcome, talked to the kids and and showed and interrest in a natural way. Great lobby bar, as well as breakfast. If flying through Newark again, I will definaltey stay here again."

"Märklig lösning med vask i hallen nära ingången istället för toalett. Bra med transporter till och från flygplatsen. Ganska lyhörda rum."

"Helt ok hotell om man behöver en natt, inget att stanna på flera dagar. Städningen hade mer att önska och jag fick be om påfyllning av toapapper första kvällen, fanns en halv rulle när vi kom. Gymmet såg bättre ut på bilderna än i verkligheten. Trasiga och rostiga maskiner. Låg i anslutning till poolen vilket bidrog till fuktig och varm temperatur."

"Do not ever book this motel. If you can live with celings falling down, curtains hanging down, broken furniture, ac sounding like a train, etc. You still have to meet the most unhelpful, rude, not caring, lying to your face staf. Since we talked with 3 different staf member we really cant recomend this place at all. We needed to get a shuttel from the airport, so I called before we got on the plain to tell them when we would arrive ( that is what they had written on their paige). The man did not listen at all. He just said call again. So I did that 2 more times with the same result. So when we landed I called again. We went to the place for the pick up. A new man said it shuttle was on the way. (we new that it takes 10-12 minutes to the hotel). After 20 minutes I called again. The answere was: He is there in a couple of minutes. No he was not. I called back again after 10 minutes and now they hangd up on me 4 times. After 40 minutes I called again telling them we would take a taxi (12 minutes the trip took) then the man said it was because of the traffic the shuttle was late. No it was not. So we did take the taxi and it cost us 45$ When we got to the hotel over an hour later than we should , the men didnt even apologize to us. My husband asked to change the room and they said the motel was full but we checked it and it was not. How can anyone behave like this? So sad and disappointed. I like to have the money back!!!!!"
