âThe Lucky 9 hotel is a very nice quiet hotel. The staff is friendly & always available to help in the event you need anything. One of the greatest points about the Lucky 9 is their backup generator. In this part of the Philippines, "brownouts" are a most common occurrence. There is no loss of power at the Lucky 9 as the generator is always ready to go !! â
âThe service was excellent particularly the courteous staff. They also served variety of food menu which is really delicious and lots of choices. The price is reasonable. They perfectly maintained the place and support the environment by installing solar power system within the island.â
âI normally stay in the other Madonna property in Panabo but thought I would give this one a try. Mistake for sure. Walking up to hotel security was watching phone and didn't acknowledge us. Reception did not have reservation in system. I went to use restroom in lobby and when I exiting some burly short-haired woman (sorry best I can do as no name tags) barked "what are you doing here?". "Overall, itâs a good hotel. Itâs just that the key card didnât work properly a few times, and we had to go to the reception several times during our stay, which was boring. But in the end, the hotel apologized for the inconvenience. The room had a balcony, which was nice, but unfortunately, smoking was not allowed even on the balcony â that was a bit annoying."
