“The Lucky 9 hotel is a very nice quiet hotel. The staff is friendly & always available to help in the event you need anything. One of the greatest points about the Lucky 9 is their backup generator. In this part of the Philippines, "brownouts" are a most common occurrence. There is no loss of power at the Lucky 9 as the generator is always ready to go !! ”
