Another of the staff members was kind enough to lend my 13 year old son a soccer ball as he and one of his teammates was playing in the pool. It’s obvious customer service is a paramount factor with the entire management and staff. 5 Stars all around and my whole hearted recommendations. Robert.”

“Very clean facilities. Actually had to apologize since I thought we did not have Bath towels We actually did but I had not seen them in the shower on a rack. Breakfast was okay. Lots of choices.”

“I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The room had a strong unpleasant odor, and both the shower and the air conditioning were not working properly. To make matters worse, the guest laundry was a mess—only one machine was functioning. When we brought these issues to the staff’s attention, the receptionist was incredibly rude and dismissive. I do not recommend staying here until they improve their facilities and customer service.”

“This Residence Inn was great. Staff was friendly and the breakfast was decent. Our room was nice and comfortable. Even with renovations that were going on, there was never any inconveniences or loud noises. The laundry room was clean and very useful for our stay. Overall I had a really nice stay at this location.”

“The place was fairly clean and easy to find, but there was some serious damage to the walls around the bathtub. I took photos of the damage and showed the front desk. They did not offer to move me to another room. They said they would send someone to fix it but that never happened. From the reviews I expected a clean, well maintained but no frills place. I was disappointed.”
