Pensionat i New England

“The location is beautiful but I would not recommend it for a quick overnight. No restaurant on site either. It's a good 8 miles to a grocery store or pub!! It's a much better facility for family gatherings, reunions or a group traveling together. Read the fine print as some of the bathrooms are not attached to your room. It's your private bathroom, but you are walking through a semi public area to get there. I found that very uncomfortable... Esp for the money I paid and my days of hostel or...

“Great room - very clean and comfortable. Helpful and welcoming staff - even left out breakfast for our early departure.”

“Beautiful room, staff was wonderful, breakfast delicious, wonderful manager and wonderful bar tender. Everyone was gracious, kind, accommodating and professional. Can't wait to go back again.”

“Easy check in, but a bit different since there is no staff to help check in. Had to find things on your own, but that was not difficult. Outside furniture could use and upgrade as our friends almost fell through the chair. But is was wonderful being able to sit outside, have appetizers, and play a game or just relax. All other guests we ran into were nice. I would return.”

“Interesting lodge. The room was basic, but fully functional. Check in was self serve, but the inn keeper kept in touch very well via text.”

“Everything about this inn is perfect. The property is beautiful - grounds, the exterior , the many common areas, and the rooms; the beachfront location, ocean views and proximity to Portland are amazing; the amenities - bicycles, beach towels, water bottles, etc - are great; and staff could not be more friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.”
