“We had such a cozy stay. The bed, furniture and furnishings were so comfortable and the linen and towels were high quality and luxurius. The kitchen was very well appointed and the bathroom was very user friendly.The view is beautiful and we loved sitting in the back verandah with a tea in the morning.The hosts are fabulous! Excellent communication and so lovely to speak to.We will absolutley stay again if we are ever in the Rylstone area again. ”

“Heaps of parking and space inside the house, lots of bedrooms and extra beds. Pool was closed as its winter but too cold to want to use it tbh.Cool addition is the games room, we had a bbq and spent the night by the fire pit. There were hot air balloons in the sky when we woke up with a bunch of kangaroos hopping around the property and the tennis court was great. “Our stay was amazing. There was 2 adults and 3 teenagers and there was plenty of room for all of us. Contact between myself and the owner was excellent. We would definitely stay there again with no hesitations. ”

“We enjoyed our one night stay. The property was clean and centrally located in an easy to find quiet neighborhood in the Hunter Valley. Check out time of 11:00am provided flexibility for our schedule which was appreciated. Check in and check out processes were easy and straightforward. The property is on the older side and yet bathrooms and kitchen have been recently remodeled. Beds and living room couches were comfortable. We would stay here again if back in the area.”
