“aircon was effective, was over the top of the bed, dining table was right beside the toilet door.”

“I have stayed at Reflections before but this faculty was below standard. .We arrived late, and received a note of welcome , keys and a map , 1st night I wasn't told the ensuite was at the back of the room, so we didn't know. We went to the kiosk to report the front sliding screen door wouldn't shut. I was told it couldn't be fixed until tomorrow , so we didn't have a sliding door , while we were there., also reported , lock was broken on one of the windows The staff we uncounted were pleasant...

“ very clean cabin but out dated for the price friendly staff 3.00 pm is too late for entry to cabins on first day”

“It was 35 degrees when we arrived and I turned the air conditioning on in our cabin and in no time it was lovely and cool in there and stayed that way for the entire afternoon and night. The staff were some of the friendliest we have come across in our 2 months of travelling.”

“The only thing i didnt like was with only 2 people staying in a cabin that sleeps 5 the hot water ran out and i had to have a cold shower.”

“Stay away from the “budget” rooms. You wont find any pictures of them, and for good reason. They are disgusting and depressing. Imagine a particularly horrible prison cell reserved for the worst kind of prisoner, and you wont be far off. Austere, dark and cramped. From the outside they look like the toilet block, and from the inside you'd wish you were staying in one instead. We had to leave immediately upon entering and couldn't get a refund. But it was worth paying to NOT stay there.”

“The staff were lovely. The room was clean and had so many things for the kids to do around the park. We loved our stay.”
