“Hosts were great, helpful and responsive. The Home is amazingly historic and so certainly has its limits, but it should not mean it cannot be warm and comfortable with decor and furnishings. There is no HVAC upstairs so space heaters were fussy to maintain and keep on with timers, etc. There is only two lamps in the home, so all rooms rely on ceiling fan lights - which are effective but do not allow a more relaxed evening or early morning atmosphere. “Property description was very generous, i.e. "Newly remodeled" escaped us as to what and where it may have occurred within the space. It appears to have been a retail space previously, which probably explains several things, including both bedrooms not having closing doors, closets/rack to hang clothing, or more than 1 adequate pillow per person.
