“Dirty room , dirty sheets THAT SMELL REALLY BAD dirty blankets , roaches , no heat , very much uncomfortable DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE”

“It was clean and quiet. Not far from everything and reasonable price.”

“Bathroom was dirty upon arrival. There was a dirty towel on the floor in the bathroom, as if it was just used. There was hair in the shower and on the toilet and on the sink. There was also hair on the pillows as if the pillowcases weren’t changed. There were people up in the shared living area and very loud until after 1 am. Worst experience I have ever had. I hope the property will make it right and refund me for my one night stay.”

“My room cancelled the night after my flight for construction.”

“The name Divine Villa & Resorts is very misleading, there’s nothing divine or resort like about this place. If you’re booking this for the cheap price, just know that you’ll get what you pay for. The owner is responsive and seems to be doing his best, but unfortunately, it didn’t meet our expectations. The location, in particular, was a big letdown, we honestly felt unsafe and uncomfortable also it's about an hour to new york city. Would not recommend unless you're fully aware of what you're...

“Super sketchy, shared space, bad area, not even close to worth the price. Immediately left upon arrival. Took me to a different place than what I had booked on hotels.com. Stay away”

“Geoff was awesome. We didn’t have time to explore the outdoors but indoors from movie room to watching a football game in a hot tub was fantastic. Despite the two bedrooms being in separate spaces, they are a few outdoor steps from each other and easy to manage. Thanks again Geoff!”

“It's a nice looking property from the outside but not in the best of neighbourhoods. The smoke detector on the 2nd floor didn't have a cover on it so not sure if it worked. I had to ring the owner up at 23.00 as I couldn't get the front door opened. You had to pull the handle as you entered the door code.”
