“It used to be a nice motel but everything is going downhill. The carpet and sofa smelled old and had stains. The carpet in the hallway smelled bad. The drink machine was completely empty. The breakfast had no waffles and no scrambled eggs. We’ve stayed here at least 4 times but will probably not come back.”

“When we arrived the room was 83 deg. at 9:30 PM. We switched rooms to one that was originally 77 degrees; manager very apologetic. Our room had a large, dead roach under the coffee table, and the toilet took over 10 minutes to fill between flushes. When we went down stairs for breakfast there was a roach on the couch in the lobby. The breakfast was waffles, bagels and burned, lukewarm quiches; juice machined didn't work and the place was not being cleaned, or kept up by staff. We chose not to...

“Pretty great experience overall. We had a couple issues of the rooms not being stocked with towels or soap when we arrived. But they fixed that. Both toilets had to be fixed while we were there, unlucky I guess. But we really enjoyed the pool, gas grills and convenient location to all the amenities in Williamsburg. Would stay again if we are in the area.”
