“The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good but overall this hotel is 10-15 years overdue for a renovation. The hotel smells bad, and though the room was fairly clean the rest of the hotel was not. The shower ran either cold or extremely hot and was difficult to adjust anywhere in between. “Room was excellent, comfortable, and clean. The property manager William was the kindest host you could ask for - personally gave us a rundown of the unit and provided us with everything we needed for a cozy hassle-free stay. Just a stone's throw and walk away from all the shops on bank-street, I highly recommend this stay if you're ever in the New London area! ”

“Facility was very dated; however, in the process of renovations. Room was musty smelling and with the air conditioner on seemed to blow more musty/ unpleasant smell. Hotel mattresses and pillows are typically quite comfortable, but not during this stay. Continental breakfast was decent. Hotel served the basic purposes of a place to sleep and shower for one night”

“Not Recommended – Felt More Like a Long-Term Housing Complex than a Hotel I did not feel comfortable staying at this hotel. It appeared to be occupied largely by people on short-term or extended leases rather than travelers. There was a lot of activity in the parking lot, including a person standing right outside my room near the AC unit, which caused unpleasant odors to filter into my room immediately upon entering.
