Gårdshotell i New Marlborough

“Clean, cozy, and charming. The breakfast is delicious and all went smoothly.”

“Staff were friendly and helpful. Obviously very old motel that had few updates and paint covered up structural and cosmetic problems. Our room smelled awful. Sleep surface linens and bath towels were clean, however bed skirt had dust/… and had not been washed. Mattress was very very hard and uncomfortable. Very obvious the supporting hotel chain was just looking for profit, the staff had little to work with. You had to pay for WiFi, no public television stations, early or late check in/out cost...

“Old building. Shower wasn’t cleaned. 1/4 roll of toilet paper. A bar handing above bureau to hang clothes. Paper thin walls. Why would you rate this excellent?”

“Though small, the apartment was efficient, clean, and well stocked in paper type supplies. The kitchen was also efficient though lacking in some basic utensils. They say location, location, location. And, yes, the location is excellent. An easy, short, and nice walk into town . 8”

“When I booked this earlier this year, I was under the impression that I would be IN the Red Lion Inn, not the other house down the block. So, this was a surprise to us. Unfortunately, the Steven House was very lack luster.”

“Granville House is an amazing place! Terry and Terri made us feel so welcomed and pampered. Our room was spacious and comfortable, the bathroom was well-appointed (great lighting, plush towels, etc.), and the common areas were inviting. We especially enjoyed the made-to-order breakfasts. We will definitely look to stay here again if our travels take us back to the Berkshires.”

“Older hotel and remodeled nicely. Quiet setting. Easy parking. Great restaurant on site. Excellent Sat/Sun morning breakfast. Loved the bedding - so luxurious.”

“Naturskönt läge, rent och lugnt hotell. Extra plus för att vi kunde öppna fönstren på rummet.”
