“Great location, the rooftop bar pool and hot tub w the views was unsurpassed! Valet parking was super fast too There should be an option to opt out of the cost of the free breakfast and dinner+drinks as it’s all included and we had no interest as we had plans elsewhere. The option to opt out of the daily maid service was also great, good for the environment and staff would bring towels, etc anytime!”

“We loved our stay here! The rooms are thoughtfully decorated and clean. The staff was so kind and attentive - we loved the daily breakfasts and sitting in the courtyard in the evenings listening to the birds. Very good location and walking distance to many areas.”

“Charming, exceedingly gracious staff (bellmen, reception, garage staff, cleaning staff ...), gorgeous updated vintage decor room (fab casement windows, working perfectly to allow in gentle fresh breezes). Super helpful and fun bellman at check-in. Love the photo-front elevators (beautiful 1800s Santa Fe shots) and the Mexican songsters trio in the lobby for Happy Hour. Terrific breakfast and service at La Plazuela. Thumbs up all around!”

“There wasn’t anything I didn’t like about the property or the staff. The only thing I was missing was a fan noise and being able to make the room colder than 65°. Other than that everything was perfect! So quiet and clean, easy coffee maker. Feels special to stay there!”

“Our one bedroom suite was a great room and the value for the room was outstanding given the price paid. Front desk staff was very friendly and efficient. Bed was comfortable, lots of towels, kitchenette had everything needed to make breakfasts, the location the property was within very walkable distance to the Santa Fe Plaza and the Canyon Road art galleries. Unexpected bonus was that laundry facilities were included in the room cost and so it allowed us to do a load as we travel fairly...

“The property is beautiful. If you have a vehicle you must use the valet service which can result in added expense of tipping them every time you want to go somewhere. The room was very nice, Bed and bedding were comfortable and best of all, it was quiet. I loved going out on the balcony in the evening to enjoy the weather and stars. The balcony was attached to two others but fortunately, we were always alone out there. If you want to sleep late you may miss the opportunity for housekeeping...
